本考案は、動力機器に電源を供給する制御盤に

いては、動力機器の主電源側のブレーカや電磁開
閉器等を箱体内に配設し、該箱体の開口面に開閉

作釦や負荷の状態を表示するメータ等を配設して
いる。操作釦やメータ、ランプ等を表示パネルに
配設して構成した操作表示ユニツトを複数形成
し、これら操作表示ユニツトを扉の背面側に配置
して且つ前面側に臨ませるべく窓孔を扉に穿孔し
ている。第8図および第9図は扉2の窓孔14に
操作表示ユニツトBを取着する場合の構造図を示
すものであり、扉2には複数の操作表示ユニツト
Bを配置すべく上下方向に長い四角状の窓孔14
が穿設されている。操作表示ユニツトBの操作釦
等の突出部の先端が窓孔14より扉2の前面に突
出しないように、扉2の背面側に表示パネル18
が配置される。。すなわち、窓孔14の両側長辺
方向に対応する扉2の開口端部の背面にコ字形ア
ングル25を夫々スポツト溶接し、このコ字形ア
ングル25に表示パネル18の両側を橋絡し、ね
じ27を螺着固定していた。26はL形アングル
で、窓孔14の上下の短辺方向に対応する扉2の
開口端部の背面に取着されるものである。このL
形アングル26をコ字形アングル25の端部間に
架け渡し、これらアングル26で背面側に凹んだ
枠状に形成してある。しかしながら、アングル2
5,26の折曲部分と窓孔14の端縁との間にす
きまイ,ロが大きく生じてしまつて、外観を損な
うという問題を有している。また、窓孔14とア
ングル25,26との位置合わせが難しく、特に

以下、本考案の一実施例を図面により詳述す
る。第1図は制御盤本体1の斜視図を示し、第2

御盤本体1は前面が開口した箱体9と、この箱体
9の一部に蝶番10により枢支されて開閉自在と
した扉2とから構成されている。箱体9内にはモ
ータなどの動力機器に電源を供給する主電源のブ
レーカ3や電磁開閉器4がそれぞれユニツト化さ
れた主電源ユニツトAが複数組上下方向に配設さ
れている。扉2の右端部には上下に長い窓孔14
が穿孔されており、、この窓孔14に扉2の裏面
からそれぞれユニツト化された操作表示ユニツト
Bが上下方向に配設されている。。これら操作表
示ユニツトBは同一若しくは異なる機能を有し、
以下のように構成されている。すなわち、11は
制御盤本体1自体の電源ランプ、5はモータ等を
駆動するため電磁開閉器4をオンオフ操作する操

ツチである。これら操作表示ユニツトBの下方に
は負荷の異常を報知するブザーユニツト8が配置
されている。17は箱体9内の各ユニツトAと、
扉2の各操作表示ユニツトBやブザーユニツト8
とを接続する接続コードで、箱体9内の各ユニツ
トA側ではコネクタ16により接続するようにし

して第4図に示すようにL形状の取付片28を扉
2と一体に形成している。29は窓孔14の短辺
方向に対応する開口端部線の上下の背面に取着さ
れるL形の取付板で、その上面は開口部端面と同
一面となるように取付片28,28の下端面に当
接させて端部間を閉塞せしめている。取付板29
の扉2への固定は以下のようになされる。取付板
29の下面前部と扉2の開口端部との接合部分

曲して取付片を夫々形成し、窓孔の短辺方向に対
応する扉の開口端部縁の上下に両取付片の長片方
向の両端を当接させて取付板を夫々取着し、操作
表示ユニツトの操作釦やメータ等を配設する表示
パネルを両取付片に架設するようにしたものであ
るから、窓孔の長辺方向に対応する開口端部を折
曲しているとで、従来のような開口端部とアング
ルとの間にすき間や、溶接の打痕等の見栄えが改
善されるものであり、また、取付片を形成するの
に扉自体を曲げ加工するため、加工が容易であ
り、曲げ加工で扉自体が補強される利点を有し、
更には、表示パネルを両取付片に架設しているた
め、表示パネルの取付けが容易となる効果を奏す
る。また、窓孔の短辺方向に対応する扉の開口端
部縁の上下に両取付片の長辺方向の両端を当接さ
せて取付板を夫々取着していることで、窓孔の短
辺方向の上下の開口端部縁に取り付ける取付板の
位置決めが容易にでき、そのため、十分な位置決
めを必要とすることなく取付板の取り付けが行
え、且つ加工が簡単となり、更に、取付片を折曲
加工できる板厚の扉を用いることで、取付片の板
厚をある程度厚くして、扉の補強を兼ねて強度を
上げることができ、しかも、取付板の板厚も規制
されないため、適宜な板厚を使用することによ
り、長辺方向の取付片と短辺方向の取付板とで扉
全体の強度を強くすることができる効果を奏する
ものである。

し、窓孔の短辺方向に対応する扉の開口端部縁の
上下に両取付片の長辺方向の両端を当接させて取
付板を夫々取着し、操作表示ユニツトの操作釦や
メータ等を配設する表示パネルを両取付片に架設
