【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は板材の塗装装置に関し、詳しくは自
動的に塗り分け塗装の可能な板材の塗装装置の改

従来、建築用板材の仕上げ塗装において、例え
ばツートンカラーに塗り分けたり、或いは下地塗
装面上に再度防水塗装を必要な部分だけ塗装する
場合、人手による部分塗装や、非塗装部分にマス
キングを施して自動塗装することが行われていた
が、前者、後者いずれの場合も板材等の部分的な
塗り分け塗装には非常に手間が係ると言つた問題
が有つた。

この先の提案に係る板材の塗装装置は、折り返
し移送される板材上面に衝立板を立設し、この衝
立板にスプレーにより塗料を吹き付け供給して表
面に沿つて塗料を流下させ、これを下方の板材上
に流下させて塗装を行う構成とされており、衝立
板の立設位置と下方の板材の折り返し点の相対位
置関係を調節することにより任意な塗り分け塗装

しかしながら、上記先の提案に係る板材の塗装

必要とする他、塗料が多量の空気に触れているた
め溶剤の種類によつては、板材表面から流下した
過剰塗料の再利用が出来ないといつた問題があ
り、塗料供給量の調節設備面でのコスト高、塗料
の再利用の面で制約があると言つた問題が生じ
た。

即ち、この考案の板材の塗装装置は、平面状態

た板材を取出移送する前記案内シユート下面に設
けられたコンベヤとから成る移送装置と、前記案
内シユートと、前記受け部材との間における上方
に、ほヾ垂直に立設された塗料流し板及びこの塗
料流し板側面に沿つて塗料を流下させるよう該塗
料流し板上縁より塗料を溢流供給するオーバフロ
ーボツクスと、該オーバフローボツクスの溢流縁
より上部位置より前記オーバフローボツクス内へ
導入された塗料供給管とから構成されたことを特
徴とするものである。

ほヾ垂直に立設された塗料流し板15及び塗料流
し板側面15′に沿つて塗料Bを流下させるよう、
塗料流し板15上縁より塗料を溢流供給するオー
バフローボツクス16と、このオーバフローボツ
クス16の溢流縁16′より上部位置より塗料B

可能であるから塗料の無駄も省け、経済的である
等種々の実用的効果を有する。
