(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to the side surfaces of car bodies that are installed at train car washes and the like and move on car wash tracks, particularly the part called the shoulder that extends from the side edge of the roof of the car body to the upper edge of the window. This invention relates to a cleaning device for rail vehicles used for cleaning. (Conventional technology) Since the outer surface of the car body of a train, etc., is likely to get dirty on the roof, recent trains without rain gutters are
The shoulders of vehicle bodies are often contaminated, and for this reason, shoulder brushes have conventionally been installed at car washes to clean dirt from the shoulders. (Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, with the recent diversification of car models, double-decker cars for dining, observation, etc. have come into use, and as a result, the general Trains can be seen that have a mixture of first-floor cars and special double-decker cars. However, when cleaning such mixed trains, conventional shoulder brushes for the first floor cannot be used to clean double-decker vehicles due to the vehicle height, and as a result, double-decker vehicles cannot be cleaned using conventional shoulder brushes for the first floor. There was a problem in that the cleaning operation had to be temporarily interrupted while the brush was passing through the shoulder brush. Therefore, the present invention aims to change the height and direction of the rotating brush to a position suitable for the two-story train within a short period of time when the joint between the cars passes through the rotating brush when cleaning a mixed train with one and two stories. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning device for a track vehicle that can be moved and returned to its original state. (Means for Solving the Problems) Next, means for achieving the above object will be described with reference to drawings corresponding to embodiments. The rail vehicle cleaning device of the present invention selectively cleans the shoulders C1 and C2 of a low-height vehicle and a high-height vehicle moving on a track R. A support 3 is held on a frame 1 installed on the side so as to be swingable in the direction of the track R from an upright position, and a rotating brush 4 whose center base is rotatably held at the upper end of the support 3. ,
A floating roller 14 is provided to protrude from a part of the support body 3, and has a major axis and a minor axis, and when the support body 3 swings in the direction of the orbit R, it comes into contact with the floating roller 14. It is characterized by comprising a cam plate 16 that regulates the inclination angles A and B of the support body 3, and a torque motor 15 that rotationally drives the cam plate 16. (Function) Due to this structure, when the connecting part between the first floor car and the second floor car of the train to be cleaned passes through the cleaning device, the inclination angle of the support tube is changed from the first to the second inclination angle or the second inclination angle. By performing the tilting operation from 2 to the first tilt angle, it is possible to smoothly continue the cleaning operation without interrupting the cleaning operation. (Example) Hereinafter, the structure of the present invention will be specifically described based on an example shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. First, with reference to FIGS. The outline and operation of the device will be explained. A pedestal 1 is installed on the constructed foundation S at one location near the side of the track R where the mixed train to be cleaned consisting of the first-floor car C1 and the two-story car C2 passes, and the top surface of the pedestal 1 is An intermediate portion of a support tube 3 serving as a support body is swingably held on an ear shaft 2 attached to the ear shaft 2 . The center base of the rotating brush 4 is held at the upper end of the support cylinder 3, and a brush motor 5 consisting of a geared motor is mounted at the lower end of the support cylinder 3.
is fixedly installed, and the rotating brush 4 is driven by the motor 5 via a rotating shaft 8 inserted through the inner space of the support tube 3. Furthermore, the support tube 3 is tilted in a range between an upright position and a position tilted A degree (45 degrees) toward the track side by a support tube raising/lowering mechanism 6, and the tilt position of the support tube 3 is as follows. The tilt angle is regulated by the tilt angle limit mechanism 7. By the way, according to the operation of the tilt angle limit mechanism 7 (described later), as shown in FIG. The first inclination angle A
In the state of , the rotating brush 4 is in pressure contact with the shoulder of the first floor vehicle C1 with an appropriate pressing pressure. On the other hand, in the state of the second inclination angle B, the rotating brush 4 is in pressure contact with the shoulder of the first floor vehicle C1.
It is in a state where it is pressed against the shoulder of the two-story vehicle C2 with an appropriate pressing pressure. Next, the configuration of the embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. (a) Brush drive system As mentioned above, the rotating brush 4 is connected to the support cylinder 3.
It is continuously rotated by a rotary shaft 8 inserted into the inner space of the rotary shaft 8. (b) Support tube raising/lowering mechanism 6 This mechanism 6 consists of an ear shaft 2 supported by a bearing 9 of a pedestal 1, a segment gear 10 pivotally attached to the front end of the ear shaft 2, and a tooth on the segment gear 10. The supporting cylinder 3 is configured by a driving pinion 11 that is fitted together with the pinion 11, and a lifting torque motor 12 that uses the pinion 11 as an output shaft. Driven to swing. (c) Tilt angle limit mechanism 7 This mechanism 7 consists of a driven side member consisting of a hit lever 13 pivotally attached to the rear end of the ear shaft 2, a floating roller 14 attached to the tip of the hit lever 13, and a mount 1. It is composed of a starting side member consisting of a limit torque motor 15 with a gear 15a installed in the middle girder, and a cam plate 16 pivotally attached to the output shaft of the motor 15. In the upright state of the support cylinder 3 shown in the figure, that is, in the retracted position of the support cylinder 3, the rollers 14 do not touch the cam plate 16 regardless of the rotational position of the cam plate 16, so the limit action is inactive, and on the other hand ,
As shown in FIG. 3, the support tube 3 (support tube 3)
However, when it is tilted to the first inclination angle A (second inclination angle B), the rollers 14 (rollers 14) are in contact with the short axis of the cam plate 16 (the long axis of the cam plate 16), and at this time, the limit is Since the torque output of the lifting torque motor 15 has a much larger capacity than the torque output of the raising/lowering torque motor 12, the support tube 3 is impinged at the first inclination angle A (second inclination angle B). be stopped. Here, to explain the operation of both the torque motors 12 and 15 mentioned above, first, the raising/lowering torque motor 1
Regarding No. 2, electricity is applied to the falling side during the cleaning work, while electricity is applied to the standing side when the work is completed. In this way, at the end of the falling direction, the lever 13 is automatically stopped by the above-mentioned limit action, and at the end of the rising direction, the abutment lever 13 hits a stopper (not shown) and is automatically stopped. Next, regarding the limit torque motor 15, the position of the cam plate 16 in the normal state, that is, for the first floor vehicle (solid line in Fig. 5 and Fig. 3).
At the same time, when a connecting portion of a two-story vehicle is detected, the cam plate 16 is set at the position indicated by the chain line in FIG. In the cleaning device of the embodiment configured as described above, while the first floor car C1 portion of the train to be cleaned passes through the cleaning device, the support tube 3 is moved at the first inclination angle A.
In this case, the rotating brush 4 effectively scrubs and cleans the shoulder surface of the vehicle C1 with normal pressing pressure, and when the connecting part of the two-story vehicle C2 is detected, the rotating brush 4 is activated by the limit torque motor with a large output capacity. 2nd by 15
Because the double-decker vehicle C is rapidly pushed back by the angle of inclination B of
2 reaches the rotating brush 4, the support tube 3 reaches the inclination angle B, and the cleaning operation is effectively performed. (Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the track vehicle cleaning device according to the present invention, when the support body is swung in the direction of the track,
The floating rollers protruding from this support come into contact with the cam plate, regulating the inclination of the support, and when the cam plate is rotated by the torque motor, the inclination of the support can be changed. Even if the trains moving on the track are a mixture of short and tall cars, the cam plate rotates due to the drive of the torque motor, and rotating brushes are placed on the shoulders of the low cars. The support body is selectively tilted at the first inclination angle at which the rotating brush comes into pressure contact with the shoulder of the vehicle having a high height, and the position of the rotating brush is moved.
This has the effect of allowing the cleaning operation of mixed trains to be carried out continuously without interruption.
