この考案は内燃機関などに装着されるオイルク

内燃機関のオイル循環系路にオイルフイルタと
オイルクーラを取付けるには、例えば第2図に示
すオイルフイルタ31、オイルクーラ32のよう
に一つのブラケツト33に取付け、あるいは第3
図に示すオイルフイルタ31、オイルクーラ34
のように重ねて取付けるものが知られている。し
かし更にコンパクトなものにするため、フイルタ
に水ジヤケツトを被せて一体化した例がある。例
えば実開昭59−22979号公報に記載された燃料フ
イルタの保温装置がそれである。これは濾過エレ
メントをケーシングに収容し、センターボルトで
ベースに螺着したフイルタのケーシングの外側に

により従来の使い捨て型オイルフイルタ装着用の

第1図によつてこの考案の実施例を説明する。
オイルフイルタ1は上端を上板3、下端を下板4
で閉塞し、冷却水入口パイプ5、出口パイプ6を
設けた円筒状のケーシング2内に円筒状に第1内
壁7、第2内壁8が設けられ、ケーシング2内を
第1環状室9、第2環状室10および中央室11
に区画する。下板4の中央には中央室11に連通
するオイル流出孔13が設けられその側壁にはめ
ねじが刻まれている。また周縁寄りにオイル流入
孔12が設けられ、周縁外面にはパツキン4cが
設けられる。下板4の内側に環状の仕切板4bで
区画された環状の流入室4dが形成され、第2環
状室10との間にオイル孔4eが穿設されて、オ
イル流入孔12を第2環状室10に連通させる。
上板3は中央室11の上面に開口3aが設けら
れ、上蓋14が開口3aに着脱自在に螺着されて
いる。14aは着脱治具係合用の凹部、14bは
シール用Oリングである。第1内壁7は環状の凸
条7aを複数個重複させたベロウズ状の壁体で形
成され上板3、下板4に上下端が固着される。第
2内壁8は第1内壁7の内側に配設される円筒形
壁体であつて、オイル孔4eの直径反対側の位置
に縦列をなして複数の連通孔8aが穿設され第2
環状室10と中央室11とを連通させる。中央室
11内には内部がオイル流出孔13に連通する環
状の濾過エレメント15がスプリング16により
下板4側に押圧され収容される。第1内壁7の凸
条7a内にはオイルの伝熱効果あるいは凸条の補
強効果を目的としたフイン17が必要により設け

The annular chamber 10 and the central chamber 11 are communicated with each other. An annular filter element 15 whose inside communicates with the oil outflow hole 13 is housed in the central chamber 11 and is pressed toward the lower plate 4 by a spring 16 . If necessary, fins 17 are provided within the protrusions 7a of the first inner wall 7 for the purpose of heat transfer of oil or reinforcement of the protrusions.

イルはこの間〓を上昇し環状の各凸条7aの内部
を約半周巡つて反対側の第2内壁8に設けられた
縦列の複数の連通孔8aから中央室11に入るよ

く、上蓋を開いて交換でき、冷却水系路に水抜き
等の影響を及ぼさない。また内燃機関への取付け
は従来の使い捨て型オイルフイルタを装着するベ
ースにそのまま取付けることができ、エンジン本

面に中央室上部開口を設けて該開口を着脱自在に
閉塞する上蓋を装着し、中央室内に濾過エレメン
トを装着し、濾過エレメントの内側を前記オイル
流出孔に連通させてなる、オイルクーラ付オイル
