(Prior Art) As a device for sequentially feeding a plurality of can materials cut into predetermined dimensions and fed out from a plurality of parallel feeding ports in a blank cutting device in a lying state to the side, the device shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is used. At the positions corresponding to the plurality of parallel feeding ports b of the blank cutting device a, there is provided a shaft-shaped pedestal d which is rotatable in the circumferential direction and has a cross-sectional shape with a notch c in the length direction. are arranged in parallel, and a belt conveyor g is provided below the pedestal d from the upstream side to the downstream side in the feeding direction f of the can material e, and one side of the belt conveyor g is provided with an interval above the belt conveyor g. It is known to have a feeding piece h for can material e extending from one side edge to the other side edge. In order to send out the can material e in the sending direction f using the above-mentioned device, first, a thin metal plate i such as tain-free steel or tin plate is fed to the blank cutting device a, and a cutter j is used to cut the can material e into a plurality of sheets of predetermined size. The can materials e are cut into pieces and fed out from the outlet b, and each can material e is placed on the circumferential surface k of one shaft-shaped pedestal d and the notch c of the other pedestal d, and the cam When each pedestal d is rotated in the direction of the arrow m with the rotation of the crank l provided with the mechanism, the notch c of the pedestal d faces downward and one side of the can material e is rotated as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. The side edge n of the can comes off from the notch c and falls downward, and the can material e is sent out in the direction f.
is placed on the moving conveyor g. Next, the side edge n of the can material e is locked with the delivery piece h, and the delivery direction f
Each can material e is sent out sequentially from the upstream side to the downstream side. In such a configuration,
When each pedestal d is sequentially rotated, if the timing is bad, the can material e falling from the pedestal d may come into contact with another can material e or with the delivery piece h on the moving conveyor g. As a result, there is a problem in that the surface of the can material e is damaged.

In order to prevent this damage, the rotation of each pedestal d is adjusted to ensure that each can material e placed on each pedestal d falls one by one from the pedestal d, and the fallen can material e In order to prevent the conveyor g from coming into contact with the sending piece h disposed on the moving conveyor g, the interval between the sending pieces h is widened, and the moving speed of the conveyor g is slowed down.
Furthermore, the height of each pedestal d from the conveyor g must be increased, and therefore a waiting time is required for all of the can material e placed on the pedestal d to fall onto the conveyor g, so blank cutting is required. It is impossible to feed the can material e cut by the blank cutting device a to the pedestal d and move the conveyor g at a fast speed, and the interval between the sending pieces h provided on the conveyor g is It is inconvenient that it is difficult to adjust the rotation timing of each pedestal d in accordance with the moving speed of the conveyor g and the moving speed of the conveyor g.

The pedestals 2 are arranged in parallel at respective positions corresponding to the dispensing ports 8 of the blank cutting device 1 in order to receive the plurality of can materials 7 cut and dispensed from the parallel dispensing ports 8 in a laid down state. Also, each pedestal 2
A large number of air holes 9 are drilled in the holder 2, and compressed air is blown upward from the air holes 9, and the can material 7, which is fed out from the outlet 8 and falls due to its own weight, is placed on the pedestal 2 without giving a sudden impact. I decided to receive it.
Then, the pedestal 2 provided with the air holes 9 is placed at a lower position sequentially from the upstream side to the downstream side with respect to the feeding direction A of the can material 7, with a step D having at least the thickness dimension of the can material 7. At the same time, on the upstream side in the feeding direction A of the can material 7, a screw rod 11 equipped with a handle 10 is successively installed on each pedestal 2 other than the most upstream pedestal 2. The screw rod 11 is rotated by operating the handle 10, so that the pedestal 2 connected to the screw rod 11 is slid in the forward and backward direction with respect to the feeding direction A.

First, the metal thin plate material 5 conveyed to the blank cutting device 1 in the direction of arrow B is cut into a predetermined size by the cutter 6, and the plurality of can materials 7 are passed through the outlet 8 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. While being fed out in parallel, each can material 7 is placed in parallel along both sides of each pedestal 2 while its fall is softened by the air pressure ejected from the air hole 9 bored in each pedestal 2. While being guided by a pair of guide members 13, each pedestal 2 is placed in a prone position on each pedestal 2 which is successively arranged at a lower position by a step, as shown in the second figure. Among the sending pieces 4 provided on both sides of each pedestal 2 and disposed on the moving means 3 moving from the upstream side to the downstream side in the sending direction A, the sending piece 4 has the lowest height H1. When the piece 4 passes through the pedestal 2 at the lowest position, it is engaged with the side edge 14 of the can material 7 from the upstream side, and the can material 7 is sent out in the lying state as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 2 in the sending direction A. Then, the sending piece 4 with the next highest height H1 engages the side edge 14 of the can material 7 as it passes through the receiving stand 2 at the next highest position. Stop and height as well
When the sending piece 4 with higher H 1 passes through the pedestal 2 located at a higher position, it locks onto the side edge 14 of the can material 7, and transfers each can material 7 in a collapsed state to the sending piece 4 with a different height. The blanks are then sent to the second blank cutting device 15 for the next process in an orderly manner.

In this way, the plurality of can materials 7 fed out from the plurality of parallel feeding ports 8 of the blank cutting device 1 are arranged in sequence at lower positions from the upstream side to the downstream side with respect to the feeding direction A of the can material 7. The can material 7 is not damaged because the can material 7 can be placed on the pedestal 2 without being subjected to sudden impact by the air pressure ejected from the air hole 9 and without contacting each other. In addition, the height H of each pedestal 2 has a step D in the moving means 3 which is provided on both sides of each pedestal 2 and moves from the upstream side to the downstream side with respect to the feeding direction A of the can material 7. A sending piece 4 having a height H1 slightly protruding from 2 and having a spacing corresponding to each pedestal 2.
By moving the moving means 3, the can material 7 is moved from the can material 7 on the lowest position of the pedestal 2 on the downstream side in the feeding direction A to the can material 7 on the highest position of the pedestal 2 on the upstream side. The height H1 increases successively, and a plurality of can materials 7 are transferred in the feeding direction A by the feeding pieces 4 arranged at intervals, and the feeding pieces 4 at a lower height are used to transfer the can materials 7 to the pedestal 2 at a high position. It is possible to smoothly send out the can material 7 in an orderly and collapsed state without sending out the upper can material 7.

In particular, even if the width dimension of the can material 7 cut by the cutter 6 of the blank cutting device 1 and the interval between each delivery piece 4 are greatly different, the can material 7 placed on the lowest position pedestal 2 can be cut by the cutter 6 of the blank cutting device 1. By simply adjusting the speed of the moving means 3 when first sending out the sending piece 4 having the lowest height, each can material 7 placed on each of the other pedestals 2 can be sent out without any problem.

Furthermore, unlike conventional methods, it is now necessary to place a plurality of cut can materials on a shaft-shaped pedestal and then drop the can materials one by one onto a moving conveyor while adjusting the rotation timing of each pedestal. Therefore, it becomes possible to feed out the cut can material 7 from the feeding port 8 of the blank cutting device 1 and move the moving means 3 at a high speed, thereby improving the cutting speed and reducing the number of cut can materials 7. The can material 7 can be sent out efficiently.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the present invention, pedestals are arranged in parallel at the corresponding positions of a plurality of parallel feeding ports in the blank cutting device, and the pedestals are installed from the upstream side in the feeding direction of the can material. They are arranged at successively lower positions with steps toward the downstream side, parallel to both sides of each pedestal, and placed below each pedestal from the upstream side to the downstream side in the feeding direction of the can material. A pair of moving means are provided for moving toward the cradle, and delivery pieces for can material are arranged on both the moving means at intervals corresponding to the respective pedestals, and the heights of the delivery pieces are set to correspond to each other. The height was set to slightly protrude from the pedestal.

Therefore, since the receivers are arranged in parallel at lower positions from the upstream side to the downstream side with respect to the feeding direction of the can materials, each receiver can receive a plurality of can materials cut and fed out from the blank cutting device. They can be quickly placed in a lying position without damaging the table or touching each other. In addition, since the sending pieces slightly protruding from each pedestal corresponding to the moving means provided on both sides of each pedestal are arranged at corresponding intervals of each cradle, the moving means can be used to move the can material. By moving from the upstream side to the downstream side in the feeding direction, the can material is sent out by the feeding piece from the can material on the lowest position downstream to the can material on the highest position in sequence. The present invention has the effect of providing a can material delivery device that can smoothly and efficiently send out can material in an orderly manner in a collapsed state.
