"Prior Art" Figure 3 shows the main structure of a conventionally used shear processing device. In the conventional shear processing device, the amorphous material 9 rewound by the unwinding device 1 is passed through the guide 2 and the prevention device 3, slit by the slitting knife 4 at room temperature, passed through the pinch roller 5, and then wound up by the winding device 6. was.

``Problem that the invention aims to solve'' Because amorphous materials are harder than ordinary steel materials, the lifespan of slitting blades is short with conventional shearing equipment. This increases the number of times the slitting tool must be replaced. Another drawback was that it required a lot of expense to sharpen the blades.

``Means for solving the problem'' As shown in Figure 4, the relationship between the hardness and temperature of amorphous materials is similar to that of glass, and the results of experiments have shown that as the temperature rises, the hardness decreases rapidly. did. Therefore, by heating the amorphous material at a temperature at which it does not crystallize and does not become brittle at the time of shearing, it is possible to significantly extend the life of the cutter.

"Function" The hardness of an amorphous material heated by a heating device decreases to about 1/3 at 300°C. By slitting the softened amorphous material, the wear of the blade can be reduced and the life of the blade can be extended.

"Embodiment" An example of an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The amorphous material 9 rewound by the unwinding device 1 is continuously or intermittently heated to a constant temperature by a hot air heating device 7 and a metal contact heating device 8.
In this heating device, a hot air heating device 7 is arranged above the amorphous material 9, and a metal contact heating device 8 is arranged below. This metal contact type heating device 8 can adjust the temperature of the amorphous material 9 to a constant value according to the moving speed of the amorphous material 9 by attaching, for example, an electric heater to a stainless steel plate, a brass plate, etc. On the other hand, the hot air type heating device 7 are arranged so that hot air is blown in the direction of the amorphous material 9. This hot air heating device heats the upper surface of the amorphous material being conveyed while sliding on the metal contact heating device 8 with constant hot air of, for example, 200 to 250°C, and also works to press the material downward with the hot air. It has both. With this function, the amorphous material 9 is heated by the metal contact heating device 8 with uniform pressure.
A more uniform heating temperature can be obtained because the heating temperature is pressure-welded. That is, by sending a constant amount of hot air with the hot air heating device 7 and adjusting it with the metal contact heating device, the amorphous material 9 is heated to a temperature of approximately 300° C., at which point it does not crystallize and does not become brittle. The film is slit, passes through a pinch roller 5, and is wound up by a winding device 6. Although the rabble prevention device 3 is omitted in this figure, these devices may be added to the metal contact type heating device 8.

The above has described an example of slitting among shearing processes, but by changing the heating control method, intermittent heating is also possible, so it can also be applied to punching with a press and cutting with a shear.

``Effects of the invention'' By using the shear processing device of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently heat amorphous materials, and shear processing can be performed while the hardness of the material is low, reducing the cost of sharpening blades and the number of replacements. It is possible to measure cost savings. Furthermore, since amorphous materials can be uniformly heated and cut, the quality is also uniform.
