本考案はけがき針の先端部を研摩する先端研摩

支持するガイド体4を連設し、このガイド体4を

針3の先端部3aが柱状の回転刃板2の周面に所
定角度傾斜した状態に当接されるガイド角で設
け、この柱状の回転刃板2の外周刃1面にけがき
針3の硬度より硬いダイヤモンド粉末などの硬質
粉末材で硬質被膜層6を形成したことを特徴とす
