Claims (1)
- 平坦としたＸ線発生板の背面に、冷却水路とな
る空隙を介して、平坦とした裏面材を取り付け、
前記Ｘ線発生板を前記裏面材に補強材によつて補
強するとともに、前記Ｘ線発生板の両側に、前記
Ｘ線発生板の表面側に向かつて膨出する冷却水用
のダクトを設け、前記ダクトの内部を前記空隙に
連通してなるＸ線ターゲツト。
