り上げた状態で副弁体は下降動作が可能である。
故に、本考案のフラツシユバルブは、ハンドルの
洗浄操作が継続されている時間とは無関係に、常
に設定された量の洗浄水を吐出することが可能で
あり、節水機能を喪失することがない。
