However, because the metal sheets are thin, it is often difficult to weld the butt parts, and the butt parts are usually covered with a sealant, which is not completely waterproof, and it takes time to install, so it is not suitable for use as a cover. The existing sealants have caused problems such as spoiling the appearance, and there has been a desire for an exterior panel that eliminates these problems.

This is an exterior panel in the form of a box with four peripheral parts and an opening at the back, wherein the ears at the protruding corners of the box-like part cover at least a part of the abutting parts of the four peripheral parts. The present invention resides in an exterior panel characterized in that piece materials for attaching to a structure are provided on four peripheries.

The synthetic resin sheet used for the composite board is not particularly limited as long as it is a common one, but from the viewpoint of moldability, polyolefin resin sheets, particularly polyethylene resin sheets, are preferred. The aluminum sheet usually has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5, and the surface that becomes the front side when forming a composite board is generally subjected to a surface treatment such as painting. In particular, the treatment of the outside surface of an exterior panel is important as it has a large effect on the durability of the panel itself. For example, fluororesin coating provides weather resistance and is similar to high-temperature baked enameled steel or glazed porcelain tiles. However, the surface treatment is not limited to this, and any known surface treatment can be applied.

It can absorb the expansion and contraction due to The notch groove 4 is formed in the outer aluminum sheet by 0.1 to 0.3 of the synthetic resin sheet.
A depth of 1 mm is preferable (see FIG. 5. In the same figure, 13 indicates a synthetic resin sheet and 14 indicates an aluminum sheet).

In the ear 7, it is preferable to remove the inner aluminum sheet and synthetic resin sheet so as to leave a synthetic resin with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on the outer aluminum sheet of the exterior panel 3. When the abutment part 6 is covered with the lugs 7 made of material, the waterproofness of the abutment part 5 is improved, and when the panel 3 is viewed from the front part 1, the lugs 7 and the four peripheral parts 2 are integrated, giving a good appearance. Furthermore, by leaving a thin synthetic resin layer on the selvedge 7, there is no cracking unlike with an aluminum veneer, and the selvage 7 can be easily covered. Note that the shape of the ears 7 should be at least connected to the protruding corner portion 6, and is not limited to a shape that is continuous with the four circumferential portions 2 as shown in FIG. The size of the ear 7 is appropriately determined depending on the location where the panel 3 is used, and the abutment part 5 may be completely covered, but the lower part is usually covered with a sealant, so the abutment part 5 should be 5 mm or more. It is sufficient if it can be covered.

The piece material 8 may be a member with an L-shaped cross section, and one side may be joined to the inside and outside of the four circumferential parts 2, and the other side may be used for attachment to the structure.
If the cross section is approximately Z-shaped as shown in Figures and Figure 4, and it is joined to both the front part 1 and the four peripheral parts 2 from the inside of the box-like body, the angle between the front part 1 and the four peripheral parts 2 can be fixed, and after construction. This is preferable because the thickness t of the panels 3 can be easily unified and the strength of the entire panel 3 can be improved.

Note that since the piece material 8 and the corner metal fittings 9 are in contact with the aluminum sheet on the front surface, they are preferably made of aluminum in consideration of electrolytic corrosion, etc., and it is also possible to use a piece that is integrated as a whole. Although not shown in the drawings, it is preferable to caulk the cutout grooves 4 and the abutting portions 5 from the inside with a sealant from the viewpoint of waterproofing.

Due to the above structure, the exterior panel of the present invention has almost complete waterproofness and is very useful. In particular, since a composite plate made of aluminum and synthetic resin is used, the tabs 7 can be made of only aluminum and a thin synthetic resin, and can be coated easily.
