《考案が解決しようとする課題》 第9〜11図は従来の筒形ブロツク50に関

く、従来の筒形ブロツクは内外周とも断面円形ま
たは楕円形に形成されていたため、管との接続
は、側壁にやや大きめの孔51をあけ、管56を
挿入して隙間をモルタル52で充填するという極
めて単純な手法しか用いることができず、この接
続部が漏水の原因になつていた。また筒形ブロツ
クの連結に関しては、第10図に示すごとく、端
面に防水パツキン54と連結金具55の両方を設
けるには、端面の面積を増大させるため環状膨出
部53を設けなければなかつた。足掛け金具13
の埋込みに関しては、第11図に示すごとく、埋
込部を肉厚にして補強部57としなければならな
かつた。このような環状膨出部53や補強部57
を形成するには型枠が複雑となりコスト高になる
という問題があつた。本考案は上記の問題点を解
決するもので、信頼性の高い管接続構造を可能に
し、かつ、端部の環状膨出部および足掛け金物埋
込部の補強部を不要にし、型枠の単純化を実現す
るためになされたものである。

から、ここに連結金具を設けることにより環状膨
出部を形成することなしに連結金具と防水パツキ
ンの両方を設けることができる。足掛け金物も上
記肉厚の部分に埋め込めば補強部が不用となり、
型枠の単純化によるコストダウンが実現する。
