BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, many insulating horizontal-roofed enclosures are currently being constructed, in which a heat insulating board is laid on the lower surface of an outer enclosure such as a horizontally-roofed roof or wall. Although such a structure generally has excellent heat insulation performance, it does not necessarily exhibit sufficient heat insulation performance, and has the disadvantage that dew condensation often occurs on the lower surface of the heat insulation plate. When this happens, there is also the drawback that the heat insulation performance is reduced.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above problem, the inventor came up with the idea of laying a lower heat insulating board on the structural material, forming opposing rising parts on the bottom, and forming both rising parts. A through-type material having a horizontal portion formed at an intermediate position, both ends of the horizontal portion protruding from the outer surfaces of both rising portions, and an upper piece formed outward from the upper end of either of the rising portions. are installed and fixed on the lower heat insulating board at an appropriate interval, and the upper insulating board is placed between the adjacent two-way receiving molds, and the inner engaging part is attached to one side edge of the main plate and the inner engaging part is attached to the other side edge. Placing metal horizontal building boards each formed with an outer engaging part on the upper heat insulating board, and locking the locking part of the hanger to the inner engaging part of the horizontal building board. This is passed through and fixed to the receiving material, and the outer engaging part of the upper horizontal building board is engaged with the inner engaging part of the lower horizontal building board to form an insulated horizontal roofing outer enclosure. By making it a body, it has particularly excellent heat insulation performance, can reliably prevent the occurrence of dew condensation, has a simple structure, eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and achieves its purpose.

To explain these effects in detail, even if a roof is constructed with the utmost care on site, there are many repaired components on the eaves and gables, and the roof as a whole is damaged by the lower insulation board 2. Outside air enters the space between the upper heat insulating board 5, and even if the space is filled with air with a supersaturated humidity or higher (air containing water vapor), the side roofing Architectural board 6
By laying the lower heat insulating board 2 and the upper heat insulating board 5 below, the inside of the lower heat insulating board 2 and the upper heat insulating board 5 can be slightly ventilated within the range that the moisture-containing air does not impair the insulation performance, or The air escapes into the lower heat insulating board 2 and the upper heat insulating board 5, and this air circulates as if breathing, depending on the outside temperature and internal temperature, preventing oversaturated humidity and cooling the outside temperature. Even if it is, it is possible to reliably prevent dew condensation from forming on the lower surface of the lower heat insulating board 2 on the lower side of the horizontal roofing building board 6, and it is possible to prevent condensed water from accumulating on the lower insulating board 2. It is possible to provide a heat insulating horizontal roofing enclosure with extremely excellent heat insulation performance, and it can exhibit an epoch-making effect as a roof or wall. or,
The presence of the void portion means that a heat insulating air layer exists, and the heat insulating performance can be further increased. Furthermore, the presence of the metal horizontal construction board 6 on the upper surface of the lower insulation board 2 and the upper insulation board 5 creates a laminated structure of the metal plate and the insulation board, reducing the amount of heat loss from the outside. It is possible to significantly reduce the heat conduction resistance value, thereby increasing the heat conduction resistance value, and to provide a heat insulating horizontal roofing enclosure with even better heat insulation performance.

Further, the through-receiving mold material 3 forms opposing rising portions 3b, 3b on the bottom portion 3a, and both rising portions 3
A horizontal part 3c is formed at an intermediate position between b and 3b, and both ends of the horizontal part 3c are made to protrude from the outer surfaces of both rising parts 3b and 3b, and from the upper end of one of the rising parts 3b and 3b. An upper piece 3d is formed on the outside, and in order to place the upper heat insulating plate 5 between the adjacent passing mold members 3, 3, the upper heat insulating board 5 is passed through the upper piece 3d and the end of the horizontal part 3c of the receiving mold member 3 is placed. Once inserted between the upper piece 3d, the other side of the upper heat insulating plate 5 can be easily roofed by simply placing it on the end of the horizontal part 3c, and this protects against negative pressure such as wind pressure. It can be made durable enough. In addition, the through-type material 3 can be mass-produced by processing it by extrusion molding or the like.
It has the advantage that it can be provided at a low cost, and because it has a relatively large section modulus, the entire insulated horizontal roofing envelope can be made strong against external forces (tensile loads such as snow loads and wind pressure). Furthermore, since the construction board 6 for horizontal roofing was attached to the upper piece 3d of the through-receiving mold member 3 via the hanger 8, the upper insulation board 6 was attached as described above.
It can be used as a supporting piece and also as an attachment member piece for horizontal roofing architectural boards 6.

The construction is carried out sequentially from the lower lower insulation board 2 to the upper upper insulation board 5, and in particular, the upper horizontal roofing enclosure is simply engaged, so the configuration is simple.
It can be constructed easily and quickly, and furthermore, it can provide an inexpensive insulating horizontal roofing enclosure.

In addition, if the pass-through mold material 3 is made of a hard synthetic resin with low thermal conductivity, the cold bridging effect at the three locations of the pass-through mold material can be prevented and the heat insulation performance can be further improved.
