On the other hand, pulp pellets have a superior ability to absorb urine compared to pet sand, but they still have problems such as not being sufficient and being expensive.

Examples include rice hulls, tangerine shells, peanut shells, peat moss, and wood flour. These can be used as a single powder or a mixed powder of two or more types. These natural organic substances, especially grasses, rice husks,
Orange shells, peanut shells, etc. have a stronger deodorizing effect than sand, and are suitable as materials for excrement disposal. The base material for treating excrement in the present invention has the above-mentioned natural organic substances as essential components, but other components such as sand, pulp, zeolite, etc. can be optionally blended as appropriate.

Saponified copolymers of starch and acrylic acid, crosslinked polyacrylic acids, copolymers of vinyl alcohol and acrylic acid, partial hydrolysates of polyacrylonitrile, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose, crosslinked polyethylene glycol Examples include cross-linked products, chitosan salts, and pullulan gels.

It has a high deodorizing effect and is very advantageous.

There are no particular restrictions as long as the sewer pipes are boring. For example, as a water-soluble binder,
PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), CMC (carboxymethylcellulose), MC (methylcellulose),
There are starch, pullulan, gelatin, etc., and HEC (hydroxyethyl cellulose) and HPC are used as binders dissolved in alcohol solution.

As this method, an extractor, a meat chopper, etc. are used. In either case, it is necessary that the ratio of screw length (L)/screw diameter (D) is 10 or less in a screw type extruder, and preferably the L/D ratio is in the range of 2 to 5. Preferably.
