注入栓を突設し、この注入栓には該注入栓の頂面
部からシートの下面部にわたつて貫通したスリツ
トを、またシートの下面部から切込んで上記スリ
ツトの下半部側を圍繞できるように形成した切込
みをそれぞれ設けて構成した逆止弁装置により達
成される。

体的に小柱状の注入栓4を突設し、注入栓4には
中心軸線上に位置させて該注入栓4の頂面部4a
からシート3の下面部3bにわたつて貫通したス
リツト5を設けると共に、シート3の下面部3b
から切込んで上記スリツト5の下半部側を圍繞で
きるように形成した円形(或は角形)の切込み6
を設けてある。スリツト5は幅が1〜3mm程度と
なるように、また切込み6は間隙が0〜2mm程度
となるようにそれぞれ設けることが好ましい。
なお、スリツト5は、その上半部側を小径の円
形孔に形成してもよい。
以上の構成によれば、例えばクラツクの補修作
業を行なう場合は、注入栓4側を上側にしてシー
ト3をクラツクの開口部分に被着して仮止めし、
注入ガンのノズルをスリツト5に刺着して補修材
を注入できることになる。しかして、補修材の注
入によつてシート3は膨張するが、それによるス
リツト5の開口は切込み6によつて遮断されると
共に、その内圧によつて切込み6に圍繞されてい
るスリツト5の下半部側は強い押圧力を受け、下
半部側は密着するように付勢される。したがつ
て、膨張したシート3の収縮力によつて補修材を
クラツクに圧入するために必要な内圧を十分に保
持できるものである。

注入ガンの刺着操作はシート上に突出した注入栓
をつかみ、注入栓を安定させた状態で素早くでき
る作業上の利点があり、シートの収縮力を利用し
て注入材を圧入する分野に広く適用できる等、そ
の実用的価値は極めて多大である。
