Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は主にドレスシヤツ、カジユアルシヤ
ツ、ニツトシヤツの襟芯、カフス芯などに利用さ
れる編、織地よりなる衣料用の芯地に関するもの
で、時に素材としてポリエステルを使用した芯地
に係るものである。 〔従来の技術〕 従来、衣料用に使用される芯地には、素材とし
て綿100%、ポリエステル、綿混紡、ポリエステ
ル100%のものが知られており、一般的にはポリ
エステルを含むものが普通である。 従来の芯地に用いられるポリエステルは、単糸
が0.5〜5デニールの太さのフイラメントあるい
は、スパンを用いて作られる。 例えば特公昭56−14777号公報には150デニール
以上の太番手フイラメント糸と、ポリエステル合
成繊維とコツトンの35番手以下の太番手混紡糸を
用いた芯地が示されている。 ところが、従来の芯地に用いられているポリエ
ステル繊維はフイラメント糸を用いたもの、ある
いはスパンを用いたものであれ単糸は0.5〜5デ
ニールのものを用いていた。例えば150デニール
のマルチフイラメント糸は普通48本程度のフイラ
メントで構成され、単糸は3.1デニールである。
そして、編、織された芯地には、芯地としての必
要な剛性、風合を持たせるために樹脂加工を施
し、特に好ましい弾発性、腰の強さなどを得るた
めにメラミン系の樹脂加工を施している。 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 従来のメラミン系の樹脂加工を施した芯地は、
洗濯によつて風合が変化する。すなわち、剛軟度
が低下して柔かくなり、芯地としての機能を発揮
できなくなるという欠点があつた。 また、衣料に落ちにくい汚れが付着した場合
や、ワイシヤツなどの黄ばみを除くため、塩素系
漂白剤で漂白することが多いが、かかる場合従来
の芯地ではメラミン系の樹脂剤と反応して黄変す
る欠点や有害な遊離ホルマリンを発生するという
欠点が有つた。 上記点に鑑み、本発明はメラミン系の樹脂加工
を施すまでもなく、それ自身で芯地として好適な
風合(剛軟度)を有し、しかも日常の洗濯などに
よる経時変化も少なく、常に適度な風合を保持す
る芯材を発明したものである。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 弾発性を有する衣料用芯地はメラミン樹脂を使
用した仕上加工により風合が調整され、用途に応
じ各種のものが製造されるが、本発明者らの鋭意
研究の結果従来の芯地は洗濯によつて次第に剛軟
度が低下し、一定の剛軟度となり、かつその剛軟
度は芯地に含まれるポリエステル繊維の単糸太さ
によつて決定されることが判明した。 本発明は、編、織地として製造される芯地にメ
ラミン樹脂加工を施さず、かつ芯地の構成繊維中
に従来より相当太径である単糸が15〜30デニール
のポリエステルフイラメント、あるいはスパンを
使用することによつて、常に芯地として好ましい
風合を持つものを実現した。 例えば、150デニールのポリエステルフイラメ
ントを使用した織物の場合、150d/10f〜150d/
4fとし、これを経糸及び緯糸のいづれか一方また
は双方に使用する。 また、この糸に他の素材、たとえば、綿糸をカ
バーして作つた糸あるいはこの糸にポリエステ
ル、綿混紡のスパン糸を交撚した糸を用いてもよ
い。要は、芯地の構成繊維中に単糸の太さが上記
範囲にあるポリエステル糸を使用することによつ
て所望の効果を得ることができる。 なお、本発明者の実験、研究の結果単糸が15デ
ニールに満たないものを用いた場合は十分な剛軟
度を得ることができず、逆に40デニールを越える
単糸を用いた場合は剛軟度が高すぎ、芯地として
適さず、また編、織の作業性に劣ることが判明し
た。そして、最も好ましい剛軟度を得ることがで
きるポリエステルは、単糸が15〜30デニールのも
のであつた。 〔作用〕 本発明衣料用芯地は、単糸が15〜30デニールの
ポリエステル繊維を用いることによつて、このポ
リエステル繊維の有する剛性が編、織物自体に作
用し、芯地として好適な弾発性、腰を有するもの
となる。 実施例 1 ポリエステル240d/12fとポリエステル65%綿
35%スパン、34番手の交撚糸を用い、織物密度経
糸51本/吋、緯糸52本/吋で芯地を作り、これを
メラミン樹脂を使用しない風合調節剤で仕上げ
た。 一方、従来の芯地の一例として、ポリエステル
65%、綿35%スパン23番手双糸を用いメラミン樹
脂加工を施し織物密度経糸50本/吋、緯糸46本/
吋で作成した。 この本発明の実施例と従来品は洗濯によつて風
合(剛軟度)がどのように変化するかの比較試験
を行つた所第1表の結果を得た。なお、試験の洗
濯状件は湯洗、試験方法はカンチレバー法
(JISL−1004 5、17 A法)による。

剤を使用したときにグレースケール4級に相当し
多少の黄ばみを、また1%の塩素系漂白剤を使用
したときにはグレースケール1級に相当する黄変
を示し、実用上重大な支障を来すことが判明し
た。 実施例 2 素材としてポリエステル300d/10fとポリエス
テルスパン16番手の交撚糸を用い、織物密度経糸
51本/吋、緯糸38本/吋で織つたものをメラミン
を使用しない風合調節剤によつて硬風合に仕上げ
たものと、柔軟剤を使用して仕上げた柔風合のも
のを得た。 これらの剛軟度が洗濯によつてどのように変化
するかを前記場合と同様カンチレバー法によつて
試験を行なつた所第2表の結果を得た。

して必要な風合(剛軟度)を有し、メラミン系樹
脂による加工を施すことなく常に適度な剛軟度を
維持する芯地を得ることができる効果がある。メ
ラミン樹脂加工を行なわない本願発明では、メラ
ミン樹脂加工の弊害、即ち遊離ホルマリンが発生
せず、黄変することがない。 そして、本発明に係る芯地は度重なる洗濯によ
つても風合の変化、つまり剛軟度の低下がないた
め、これを使用した場合衣料の襟やカフスに皺を
生じることなく、ウオツシアンドウエア性に非常
に優れたものとなる。 また、本発明に係る芯地は、メラミン系樹脂に
よる処理を必要としないため、塩素系漂白剤によ
る変色(黄変)や有害なホルマリンの発生を防止
することができるという特長を有する。
