It has moderate hygroscopicity, especially its long fibers have a refreshing feeling and gloss, and it is used for outerwear for spring and innerwear such as underwear, but a knitted fabric obtained only with regenerated cellulose long fibers is Due to its high specific gravity, misalignment may occur during knitting, and luster irregularities easily occur on the product due to horizontal rows, warps, wrinkles, etc., and the mechanical properties of regenerated cellulose fibers are low, resulting in a product with a uniform surface. In order to obtain the product, the handling in the knitting process, the dyeing process, etc. was very troublesome. For this reason, there is a strong demand for the development of a knitted fabric that has the characteristics of regenerated cellulose filaments, such as hygroscopicity, coolness, and gloss, and has stretch back properties, is free from gloss flicker, has a uniform surface, and is easy to handle. There is.

A method of reinforcing the mechanical properties by mixing or intertwisting with fibers or natural fibers has been proposed. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 49-134960 discloses a method of untwisting after twisting, followed by alkali treatment and processing of a wrinkle-proof resin when wet. Although it has high elasticity and bulkiness and improved wrinkle resistance, the crimping property is strongly manifested, so the resulting processed yarn lacks refreshing properties, glossiness, and soft texture. .

As a method for manufacturing a thin and durable clothes lining, Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-8551 discloses that a synthetic fiber filament yarn is appropriately twisted, dyed under high pressure and high heat to be contracted, and then recycled fiber fiber filament yarn or natural fiber. Apply a proper twist to the filament yarn, apply tension to the yarn with the smaller shrinkage during dyeing, and then twist the two, and further dye this to make a cloth from a twisted yarn in which the twists of both yarns are almost equal. A method of manufacturing is disclosed. In addition, JP-A-62-1995
Japanese Patent Publication No. 27 proposes a composite mixed yarn of polyester fibers and cellulose fibers.

There was a problem. In addition, the problem of insufficient stretchability and misalignment cannot be solved sufficiently with this mixed fiber.

A method of manufacturing a stretchable warp knitted fabric has been proposed. It is true that soft texture and hygroscopicity can be obtained by this method, but since the cellulosic fiber is a spun yarn, the refreshing feeling and glossiness are lost.

This is achieved by a knitted fabric which is characterized by being interwoven with a covered elastic yarn.

ある。The regenerated cellulose long fibers used in the present invention include viscose rayon long fibers, cupra rayon long fibers, polynosic long fibers and the like, and of course, matting agents and other additives are added to these fibers. However, long fibers having a Young's modulus of 70 to 100 g / d are required. If it is not a long fiber, the refreshing feeling and gloss are insufficient, which is not preferable. Young's modulus of regenerated cellulose filament is 70
If it is smaller than g / d, misalignment will occur in the obtained knitted fabric when interlaced with the coated elastic yarn, and unevenness in gloss and lateral stripes will also occur in the fabric after dyeing and finishing. If it exceeds 100 g / d, the texture of the fabric surface becomes hard, which is not preferable. It is preferably 70 to 90 g / d.

る。The regenerated cellulose long fibers having a Young's modulus of 70 to 100 g / d of the present invention are prepared by scouring and spinning the spun long fibers without once winding them (hereinafter referred to as continuous spinning / scouring finishing method). Obtainable. Also,
The regenerated cellulose filaments are preferably viscose rayon filaments produced by the continuous spinning / scouring finishing method in terms of the dyeing uniformity and the dyeing fastness in addition to the refreshing feeling and gloss. The boiling water shrinkage of the regenerated cellulose long fibers is preferably 3% or more,
It is more preferable that it is from 4 to 8%, because it does not lose its shape during dyeing and finishing. Further, when the regenerated cellulose filaments are twisted 1000 times or more, a sharpness is imparted and the refreshing property is improved.

The polyurethane elastic yarn used in the present invention is preferably an ether polyurethane elastic yarn having a denier of 15 to 40 and a denier of single yarn of 4 to 15 d. The polyamide multifilament to be coated may be a polyamide multifilament yarn represented by nylon 6, nylon 66, etc. Needless to say, a matting agent and other additives may be added, but the Young's modulus is 25.
It is necessary to be ~ 40 g / d. When the Young's modulus of the polyamide filaments to be coated exceeds 40 g / d, gloss unevenness is generated in the finished knitted fabric due to the horizontal steps and warp, and the surface texture of the obtained fabric becomes hard, and the Young's modulus is less than 25 g / d. If so, wrinkles easily occur in the obtained knitted fabric, and gloss unevenness increases.

Feeding the polyamide multifilament yarn spun at a speed of up to 6000 m / min,
It is sufficient to twist about / M. Of course, it is well known that S-twist single-coated elastic yarns, Z-twist single-coated elastic yarns, double-coated elastic yarns and the like can be obtained by the method of feeding the polyamide multifilament yarn to be coated. The single yarn denier of the polyamide multifilament yarn is preferably 0.8 to 0.2. If the single yarn denier exceeds 2 d, the texture becomes hard, and if it is less than 0.8 d, the yarn breakage increases for some reason during the knitting with the regenerated cellulose filaments.

The weaving ratio of the regenerated cellulose filaments to the coated elastic yarn is 1
From one-to-one knitting (that is, when regenerated cellulose filaments and coated elastic yarns are alternately knitted in the same number) to four-to-one knitting (that is, regenerated cellulose from the first to fourth openings of the knitting machine) It is preferable that long fibers are fed, coated elastic yarns are fed to the fifth mouth, and the number of regenerated cellulose fibers to coated elastic yarns is set to 4: 1 by repeating this. Of course, in the case of the single-coated elastic yarn, the S-direction coated yarn and the Z-direction coated yarn may be alternately knitted. When the proportion of the coated elastic yarn is large, the refreshing feeling and gloss of the regenerated cellulose long fibers are insufficient, and when the proportion is small, uneven horizontal stripes occur on the surface of the knitted fabric.

Two long fibers were fed, and then alternated like one Z twist-coated elastic yarn, and knitted into a smooth fabric of 28 gauge. The obtained knitted fabric was preset-dyed-finished to obtain a dyed fabric. The obtained fabric had a refreshing feeling, a glossiness free from irritability, and a uniform stretchability on the surface without horizontal steps or misalignment. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
