The cuff of a conventional finger sphygmomanometer consists of a rubber flat sheet 61 and a rubber pressure bag 62 that is adhered to the top surface of the flat sheet 61, and the bottom surface of the pressure bag 62 is coated with adhesive. and is integrally bonded to the upper surface of the flat sheet 61. This pressurizing bag 62 has substantially trapezoidal pressurizing bulges 6 that communicate with each other in a plane.
3 are arranged in parallel, and a photoelectric sensor (not shown) consisting of a receiving/emitting element is arranged on the outer wall of some of the pressurizing bulges 63. When in use, the cuff (the flat sheet 61 and the pressure bag 62 are glued together) is bent, and the pressure bulges 63 located at both ends are joined to hold the cuff in a cylindrical shape. It is inserted into a cylindrical cuff case (not shown).

When measuring blood pressure, compressed air is sent from the pressurizing pump of the instrument body to the pressurizing bulge through the tube, compressing the finger inserted into the cylindrical cuff and ischemizing the digital artery. Here, the pulse wave signal (arterial capacitance change wave meter) detected by the photoelectric sensor (receiving/emitting element) is transmitted to the electronic circuit section of the instrument body through the lead wire, and the electronic circuit section sends an algorithm to the change wave meter. to determine the systolic and diastolic blood pressure values.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention In the cuff mentioned above, the flat sheet and the pressure bag are formed to have approximately the same area in plan view, and the upper periphery of the flat sheet and the lower periphery of the pressure bag are separated. This is a structure in which both parts are bonded together with an adhesive between them.

However, both the flat sheet and the pressure bag are made of thin flexible rubber material, and adhesive is applied to such thin rubber material and the edges of the flat sheet and the pressure bag are aligned. It is difficult to bond them together, and when applying the adhesive, there are disadvantages such as adhesion of the adhesive to parts other than the adhesive part, such as the photoelectric sensor or lead wires. In addition, since the method uses adhesive between the top surface of the flat sheet and the bottom surface of the pressure bag, if a large amount of adhesive is applied in order to achieve a strong bond, excess adhesive may bleed to the outside. There were disadvantages such as the appearance was poor and there was a risk of air leakage, and insufficient adhesive could lead to poor adhesion.

In the cuff of the blood pressure monitor having such a configuration, a rising wall portion for adhesion is provided around the outer periphery of the flat sheet. The pressurized bag is set to be fitted within the plane of the flat sheet surrounded by the rising wall for adhesion. In this fitted state, an adhesive pouring groove is formed between the adhesive rising wall and the end (step) of the pressure bag. Therefore, in order to bond the flat sheet and the pressure bag together, the pressure bag is fitted onto the flat sheet. That is, the pressurized bag is positioned within the adhesive rising wall of the flat sheet. At this time, the outer peripheral end surface of the pressurized bag is brought into proper contact with the inner surface of the rising wall for adhesion. In this state, the step (notch) formed on the outer peripheral edge of the pressurized bag
Since the height of the adhesive rising wall is set lower than that of the adhesive rising wall, an adhesive pouring groove is formed between the wall and the stepped portion. By pouring adhesive into this groove from above, the flat sheet and the pressure bag are firmly bonded together. Since the adhesive is simply poured into the groove, the bonding process can be accomplished easily and quickly. Furthermore, a sufficient amount of adhesive can be poured to correspond to the height of the groove, resulting in a strong bond. It is possible. Further, the adhesive rising wall portion can prevent the filled adhesive from flowing out to the outside, and the adhesive can be bonded with good appearance.

The adhesion rising wall portion 3 is integrally formed on the outer peripheral portion of the flat sheet 1 in the shape of a frame that stands upward at right angles. On the other hand, the outer circumferential portion of the pressurized bag 2 is provided with a thick outer circumferential end portion 23 for fitting. The fitting outer circumferential end portion 23 is set at a height corresponding to the rising height of the adhesive rising wall portion 3, and has a curved cutout at the upper portion to form a stepped portion 24. In other words, when the outer peripheral end surface of the pressure bag 2 (the end surface of the outer peripheral end portion 23 ) is in contact with the inner surface of the adhesive rising wall portion 3 , this stepped portion 24 is set to be lower than the height of the adhesive rising wall portion 3 . The groove 4 for pouring adhesive is formed between the rising wall 3 for adhesion and the step 22 (see FIG. 1).

In the cuff of the blood pressure monitor having such a configuration, in order to bond the flat sheet 1 and the pressure bag 2 together, the pressure bag 2 is fitted to the flat sheet 1. At this time, the adhesive rising wall portion 3 exerts a positioning function for fitting and a fitting guide function. Then, the outer peripheral end face of the pressurized bag 2 comes into contact with the inner surface of the adhesive rising wall part 3. In other words, the pressure bag 2 is surrounded by the adhesive rising wall 3 and is properly fitted. Here, a groove portion 4 is formed between the stepped portion 24 at the outer peripheral end of the pressurized bag 2 and the rising wall portion 3 for adhesion. Adhesive 5 is poured into this groove 4 from above (see FIG. 1).

(f) Effects of the invention In this invention, as described above, a rising wall for adhesion is provided on the outer periphery of a flat sheet, and the pressure bag is set to fit within this rising wall for adhesion. A step portion lower in height than the adhesive rising wall portion is formed at the outer peripheral end of the pressure bag, and an adhesive pouring groove portion is formed between the adhesive rising wall portion and the stepped portion in the fitted state. Therefore, the flat sheet and the pressure bag can be firmly bonded together by a simple operation of pouring adhesive into this groove.

Moreover, in this invention, the pressurized bag is properly fitted to the rising wall for adhesion, so the rising wall for adhesion functions as a fitting positioning and fitting guide function, unlike the conventional positioning. Difficulties are resolved. In addition, since the adhesive is poured into the groove, a large amount of adhesive can be used, which not only makes it possible to achieve strong adhesion, but also allows the amount of adhesive used to be properly controlled depending on the depth of the groove. Along with getting
The rising wall for adhesion prevents the filled adhesive from seeping out to the outside, and has excellent effects that achieve the purpose of the invention, such as a good appearance.
