Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) ガス入口プリナム１４、ガス出口プリナム
    １６そしてそれらの間で燃焼室１８を形成してい
    るハウジング１２； (ロ) 前記燃焼室を出る焼却された処理ガス５と
    間接的な熱交換関係にしてこれから焼却しようと
    する不快ヒユームを含む処理ガス１を予熱するた
    め前記ガス出口プリナム内に配置され、焼却炉へ
    供給される処理ガス１をうける入口２４と、前記
    燃焼室を出る焼却された処理ガス５と熱交換関係
    になつて焼却炉へ供給される処理ガス１が通る通
    路と、予熱され焼却炉へ供給される処理ガス３を
    放出する出口２６とを有している熱交換装置２０
    ； (ハ) この熱交換装置の出口から前記入口プリナ
    ムへ予熱された処理ガス３を流す流路を形成する
    ため前記熱交換装置の出口を前記ガス入口プリナ
    ムと相互接続するダクト２２； (ニ) 前記ガス入口プリナムから前記燃焼室に流
    れ込む予熱された処理ガス３を焼却するため前記
    ガス入口プリナムと前記燃焼室との間に配置され
    ている多数のバーナ組立体３０を備え、 各バーナ組立体は、 （） 処理ガス流の流れを横切る主軸線を有
    し、処理ガス流の下流に面し一連の地点において
    燃料ガス注入口４０を有する前壁３５を包含する
    燃料ガス供給路３６を形成する第１の長い導管３
    ４； （） 前記燃料ガス注入口の両側に沿つて間
    隔をあけて燃料ガス供給用の前記第１の長い導管
    から前方外側へ斜めに鋭角で末広がりにのび、前
    方に広がるトラフ状混合空間３６を、前記燃料ガ
    ス注入口の直ぐ下流に形成し、そして前記バーナ
    組立体を流れる処理ガスを前記トラフ状混合空間
    に差し向けるための複数の孔４８を有する混合板
    ４２，４４； （） 前記第１の長い導管と間隔を置いて配
    置され、その主軸線に平行な主軸線を有し前記第
    １の長い導管との間に燃料ガス供給路に沿う冷却
    ガス流路５２を形成して燃料ガス供給路を流れる
    燃料ガスを前記バーナ組立体を流れる高温処理ガ
    ス流から遮蔽する第２の長い導管５０； を備えており、且つ (ホ) 各バーナ組立体の燃料ガス供給管へ燃料ガ
    スを供給するための手段３８； (ヘ) 前記熱交換装置への入口の上流点から各バ
    ーナ組立体の冷却ガス流路へ処理ガスを供給する
    ための手段５８；および (ト) 各バーナ組立体へ供給される冷却用の処理
    ガスを排出しそして後で前記燃焼室内で燃焼する
    ため前記バーナ組立体の上流の前記ガス入口プリ
    ナムへこの排出処理ガスを供給する手段５６ を備えていることを特徴とする、処理ガス流か
    ら不快ヒユームを除去するためのヒユーム焼却炉
    。
