Claims (1)
同時に発光し複数点の測距対象に投光する複数個
の投光素子と、これら複数個の投光素子の発光す
る投射光を集光して上記複数点の測距対象にそれ
ぞれ投射する投光レンズと、上記複数点の測距対
象からの反射光をそれぞれ受光して各受光位置に
応じた検出信号を出力する複数個の受光素子と、
上記投光レンズから一定基線長だけ離隔して配置
され、上記各反射光を集光して上記複数個の受光
素子に受光させる受光レンズと、上記各受光素子
から出力される上記各検出信号に含まれる上記投
光素子の駆動周波数帯の信号をそれぞれ通過させ
る複数個のフイルタと、これら各フイルタを通過
する各信号を上記各駆動周波数で検波して上記各
投光素子の投光成分に応じた信号のみを取り出す
複数個の検波器と、これら複数個の検波器の出力
に基づいて上記反射光ごとに測距情報を得る複数
