    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 棒状の内部電極と円筒状の外部電極よりなり両
    電極の間に電気絶縁部材が充填された電極プロー
    ブ、上記内部電極に一端が接続され他端が接地さ
    れた電池、及び同電池の他端に一端が接続され他
    端が外部電極に接続され電圧計が並列接続された
    固定電気抵抗よりなる液滴個数分布測定装置にお
    いて、上記電極プローブの先端に対向して液膜が
    流れる流路壁に設けられ接地された固定電極を備
    えたことを特徴とする液滴個数分布測定装置。
