もので、第１図は回路構成図、第２図は電気カー
ペツトの斜視図、第３図は各動作における温度変
化、リレー接点の状態及びトライアツクの動作を
示す図、第４図及び第５図はコントローラの使用
状態を示し、第４図は部分斜視図、第５図は側面
図である。 図面中、２はコントローラ、４は制御手段、６
は温度調節ボリウム（温度設定手段）、９は温度
センサ、ＴＲはトライアツク（サイリスタ）Ｓａ
，Ｓｂ，Ｓｃはリレー接点、ＨＡ，ＨＢ，ＨＣは
ヒータである。

Claims (1)
- ヒータと、このヒータをオン・オフ制御するた
めにヒータに直列に設けられたリレー接点と、前
記ヒータの周囲温度を検知する温度センサと、前
記ヒータの周囲温度を所望の温度に設定する温度
設定手段と、この温度設定手段及び前記温度セン
サからの検知信号に基づき前記リレー接点をオン
・オフ制御する制御手段と、前記ヒータの前記リ
レー接点に並列接続されたサイリスタとを有し、
前記制御手段は前記リレー接点を全てオフさせた
ときに前記サイリスタを介して前記ヒータを所望
の設定温度より低い消費電力で零クロス制御する
ようにしたことを特徴とする電気カーペツトの温
度制御装置。
