従来、住宅の床パネルにおいて、第3図および
第4図に示す床パネル枠組体が用いられている。
すなわち、2本の平行な根太受1間に多数本の根
太2を接合してなる根太組3を組立て、その4方
より、溝形鋼製の外枠材4,5を内向きとしてパ
ネル外枠6を枠組みしたものである。根太受1
は、長辺側の外枠材4の下フランジ4aに載せ
る。このように組上がつた床パネル枠組体を、次
工程に運搬し、床板の釘打ち等を行なつて床パネ
ルを完成させる。

ネル外枠6の4隅に設けたものである。パネル外

なお、第3,4図では説明を省略したが、長辺の
外枠材4と短辺の外枠材5との接合は、短辺の外
枠材5の端部に絞り部5bを設けて長辺の外枠材
4に嵌入し、点溶接8で接合する。また、L形の
