接して前記ハウジングに揺動操作可能に設けられ
た動作部材と、前記セクタの歯に係脱する爪を有
し前記動作部材に枢支した係止部材とにより構成
し、 前記係止部材を、該係止部材が前記動作部材に
設けられた揺動規制部と前記ハウジングに設けら
れた係合部とによりに制限されて所定の範囲で揺
動するとともに前記爪が前記セクタに係合する方
向に付勢して動作部材に枢支し、 前記動作部材を、その揺動規制部に当接した状
態の係止部材の爪が前記セクタの歯に係合する拘
束位置と、係止部材の爪が前記セクタの歯から離
脱すべく回動規制部が係止部材から離れる解除位
置とに揺動可能に枢着し、 前記動作部材を拘束位置の方向に弾性部材によ
り付勢し、 前記動作部材が拘束位置にあるとき、前記係止
部材の爪に荷重がかかる点と前記動作部材の枢軸
