Even when the cut foil is plain, the patterns created by weaving it into the fabric or otherwise have a pleasing texture that is rich in subtlety and elegance. for example,
A typical example is a pattern created by cutting gold or silver foil. Therefore, it would be of great significance if the pattern could be made three-dimensional by cutting foil.

Conventional techniques and their problems However, no method to implement this has been developed yet. Incidentally, in the past, cut foil was made by slitting a cut foil stock with a three-dimensional pattern on the surface, and cut foil was made by slitting a cut foil stock with paper or resin attached in a pattern on the back to give it three-dimensionality. However, there are problems in putting these prior art techniques to practical use in producing three-dimensional patterns. In other words, since this conventional cut foil has a three-dimensional pattern or three-dimensionality imparting part on the outer surface, the front or back side, the convex part of the part may get caught in a shuttle or other fine thread path during weaving of cut foil, and the weaving will not continue. No.

Conventionally, cut foil with a three-dimensional pattern created by embossing is also known, but the problem is that the three-dimensional pattern created by embossing lacks permanence and is lost within a short period of time.

In the present invention, when bonding the base sheets together, the reason why the two patterned base sheets are arranged so that their patterns face each other is to properly create the three-dimensional pattern that is created by the bulge of the base sheet that follows the pattern. We do it in order to make it something. If the patterns on the base sheet are not directly facing each other but are shifted, the resulting three-dimensional pattern will be out of shape.

In the present invention, a heat-foamable coating material may be used for forming a three-dimensional pattern on the base sheet. When a pattern is applied using such a coating material, by heating and foaming it, the swelling effect of the base sheet in the cut foil is improved, and the three-dimensional pattern on the outer surface becomes noticeable. When heating is carried out during the process of weaving the cut foil into the fabric, it is preferable to carry out the heating in an appropriate step, for example, at a location immediately before or after the reed, in order to ensure that the cut foil passes smoothly through the thread path, etc. Heating may be performed after weaving the textile.

Effect As described above, the three-dimensional pattern of the original cut foil obtained by the present invention and the cut foil obtained by slitting the same is present in the laminate of base sheets, in other words, in the inner layer of the original cut foil or the cut foil. Since the base sheet swells and appears on the outer surface in accordance with the three-dimensional pattern of the coating material, the three-dimensional pattern on the outer surface of the cut foil has a rounded shape with no edges. Therefore, when the cut foil obtained by the present invention is used as a diameter foil or a drawn foil, it will not get caught in the thread path etc. during weaving. Moreover, the three-dimensional pattern of the original cut foil or cut foil developed in this way is formed by expanding the base sheet with the coating material as the core, as described above, so the three-dimensional pattern is permanent.

It is a good idea to apply a three-dimensional pattern to the coating material using a rotary screen, since this allows the coating material to be applied in sufficient thickness. However, due to practical strength and other practical issues, rotary screens are large and approximately
Only relatively small diameter ones exist, such as 197mmφ (circumference length 620mm). With a rotary screen having such a diameter, it is not possible to apply the usual so-called large patterns that are generally required. If the rotary screen were made larger in diameter, it would become extremely expensive and far from practical. Unlike rotary screens, engraved pattern rolls can be used without any problems if they have a diameter that is sufficient for practical purposes. However, on the other hand, the pattern cannot be made very deep with the engraved pattern roll due to actual processing problems. For this reason, the three-dimensionality of the pattern applied to the base sheet by the engraved pattern roll becomes insufficient. In the present invention, this problem is solved by applying coating material to two base material sheets using an engraved pattern roll and making the coating pattern plane symmetrical between the sheets. When the two base sheets are pasted together as described above, the three-dimensional patterns of the two base sheets are stacked on top of each other, and the three-dimensionality of the pattern is doubled. Therefore, even if a non-foaming coating material is used, the three-dimensional pattern developed on the outer surface will have sufficient three-dimensionality. Thus, in the present invention, a three-dimensional pattern is applied to the base sheet under an appropriate purpose using the engraved pattern roll.

Furthermore, the three-dimensional pattern portion of the cut foil original fabric and the cut foil obtained by slitting it according to the present invention has a shape that rises from the inside and has a rounded shape, so it has a shape similar to that of rolled paper or kinkara leather. In addition, when the original cut foil or the decoration of the cut foil is plain, the reflection of light in the pattern creates a subtle brightness and darkness based on the three-dimensionality of the pattern, and the resulting difference in gloss gives it the appearance of a sumi-e painting. It has the texture of Therefore, the three-dimensional pattern woven into the fabric using the cut foil of the present invention can also be expressed as a sumi-e painting, a rolled paper, or a kinkara leather-like pattern.

[Scope of Claims] 1. Cut foil by slitting a strip containing a laminate made by pinching and bonding two base sheets, at least one of which is a rubber roll, with a pinch roll, and having decorations on the front and back sides or the front surface. This is a manufacturing method for obtaining a three-dimensional pattern that is symmetrical between the sheets by applying a coating material using an engraved pattern roll to the above-mentioned two base sheets. The above-mentioned base material sheets are laminated so that the patterns are on the inside and facing directly,
A method for producing cut foil with a three-dimensional pattern, characterized in that the base sheet is swollen according to the pattern of the coating material applied by the lamination, and a three-dimensional pattern is expressed on the outer surface. 2 Claim 1 in which the coating material is made of heat-foamed material
The method for manufacturing the described three-dimensional pattern cut foil. 3. The method for manufacturing three-dimensional pattern cut foil according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the strip is decorated with a pattern that faces the pattern of the coating material applied to the base sheet. 4. A method for producing a cut foil original fabric using a strip, which includes a laminate made by pinching and bonding two base sheets, at least one of which is a rubber roll, with a pinch roll, and having decorations on the front and back sides or the front surface, The above two base material sheets are coated with a coating material using an engraved pattern roll to create three-dimensional patterns that are symmetrical between the sheets, and these patterns are on the inside. The three-dimensional object is characterized in that the base sheets are laminated so as to face each other directly, and as a result of the lamination, the base sheet swells according to the pattern of the coating material, thereby expressing a three-dimensional pattern on the outer surface. A method for manufacturing pattern-cut foil paper. 5 Claim 4 where the coating material is heat-foamable.
The method for manufacturing the three-dimensional pattern cut foil material described above. 6. The method for producing a three-dimensional pattern cut foil material fabric according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the strip is decorated with a pattern that is plane symmetrical to the pattern of the coating material applied to the base sheet.
