Conventionally, railroad crossing barrier poles are made by mixing black pigment and forming a hollow pipe shape, and then applying yellow paint to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the pole body, which is mixed with black pigment in advance, and alternating with black paint in a predetermined width. It was formed by painting to match the color scheme.

Further, after long-term use, the yellow paint loses its stickiness (deteriorates) due to changes in temperature, humidity, etc., and peels off from the pole body, resulting in a short service life.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to add yellow or metallic paint to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the black pole body, which is formed by mixing black pigment into fiber-reinforced resin material. A laminated member with a reflective function consisting of a paint system and fine glass beads attached to the paint is laminated and fixed together at appropriate intervals, and a clear coat is applied to the entire outside of the pole body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pole for blocking railroad crossings that has excellent reflectivity and weather resistance.

本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

The blocking pole A is a hollow pipe-shaped pole body 1 made of a fiber-reinforced resin material mixed with black pigment.
On the outside along the length of this pole body 1, a yellow paint 2 is laminated and fixed in one piece at appropriate intervals, and a clear coat is applied to the entire outside of the laminated member 3 having a reflective function and the pole body 1. It consists of a top coat layer 4 applied by painting.

Glass cloth, glass roving cloth, or glass roving is used as the reinforcing base material constituting the pole body 1, and thermosetting resin such as polyester resin, phenolic resin, or epoxy resin is used as the matrix resin. The entire pole body 1 is made of laminated tubes formed by the sheet winding method (SW method) and filament winding method (FW method) that have been adopted, and the resin material is mixed with black pigment and molded. It is dyed black 5.

Paint the pole body 1 by applying the paint at appropriate intervals.
At the same time, when the paint is semi-dry (before it hardens), glass beads 3a in the form of fine particles, approximately 40 microns in size, are sprayed on the outside of yellow 2, which is the ground color of black 5. The glass beads 3a are integrally laminated and fixed on the outside of yellow 2 to provide a reflective function to the painted surface of yellow 2.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment, in which a reflective layer 3b is provided by applying metallic paint to the outside of the pole body 1 to which the yellow 2 paint described in detail in the first example is applied. When the glass beads 3a described above are applied in a semi-dry state, the glass beads 3a are integrally laminated and fixed on the surface of the reflective layer 3b, and a yellow 2 paint is applied to the outside of the glass beads 3a and the reflective layer 3b. It is attached to form a blocking pole A.

As detailed above, the railroad crossing barrier pole of the present invention is made of a black pole body made of fiber-reinforced resin mixed with black pigment, and is coated with yellow or metallic paint on the outside in the longitudinal direction of the black pole body. It is a laminated member with a reflective function consisting of glass beads in the form of fine particles, which are laminated and fixed together at appropriate intervals, so the reflective effect when receiving light is improved, and it can be used to block light even from a long distance. The presence of poles can be reliably confirmed, making it possible to prevent accidents at railroad crossings.
