態で上流側から下流側へ搬送する搬送路bの下方
位置に所定間隔に並列状態で配置された1対の移
動部材cを設け、また缶胴体aの側面dを上方か
ら圧接する圧接部材eを移動部材cに対設し、更
に搬送路bの側方位置の夫々に缶胴体aの開口端
部fに当接するトツプガイドgと、缶胴体aの底
部hに当接するボトムガイドiとを設けた搬送装
置を用い、缶胴体aを移動部材cに載置し移動さ
せながら圧接部材eで缶胴体aの側面dを上方よ
り圧接して缶胴体aをその軸線を中心に転動させ
るようにした。

ワが発生し、或いはフレンジ加工時また蓋巻締時
にフレンジに無理な力が働きフレンジ割れが発生
し、蓋との巻締部にコブが入り込むと密封性を底
下し内容物が漏洩し、内容物中にコブが混入する
と内容物のフレーバーを低下させる等の問題が生
じる。

させる移動部材を設け、缶胴体の側面を上方より
圧接する圧接部材を缶胴体の長さの半分より底部
寄りに移動部材と対設し、缶胴体を移動部材で移
動させながら圧接部材で圧接したとき缶胴体をそ
の軸線を中心に転動せしめることを特徴とする。

開口端部4の未乾燥塗料がトツプガイドに付着す
ることを防止出来ると共に、開口端部4に球状塗
料固形物所謂コブが再付着することがない。従つ
て缶胴体6の開口端部4へのネツクイン加工或い
はフレンジ加工、閉蓋加工を支障なく行うことが
出来、かつ容器としての密封性、内容物のフレー
バー等の低下を防止出来る。

部材を缶胴体の長さの半分より底部寄りに設けた
ので、缶胴体をその開口端部側に撓み変形を与え
ることなく確実に転動出来て、能率よくかつ順序
よく缶胴体を静止することなく転動させて乾燥オ
ーブン装置に搬送することが出来る缶胴体の搬送
装置を提供するの効果がある。
