Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は帯地等装飾用織物に係る。
「従来の技術」 従来縦よろけ織物は通常織成が困難なため殆ど
顧慮されない憾みがあつた。
「考案が解決しようとする問題点」 本考案はかかる欠点を除去して縦よろけが明確
に顕出し変化ある縦よろけ織物を構成しようとす
るものである。
「問題を解決するための手段」 本考案は搦糸１と地経糸２を交互に配列整経し
これに地緯糸３と強撚糸４を交互に数回、次で絵
緯糸５を折返状に織込んで二越並列状となし且つ
この順序で緯糸を織込み、而して搦糸１と二越の
絵緯糸５を平組織した表布と地経緯糸２，３を平
組織し強撚糸４と地経糸２を綾組織した裏布より
なる袋織部分ａに於て、搦糸１は強撚糸４と平組
織し地経糸２は地緯糸３と強撚糸４と同口に組織
すると共に絵緯糸５は経糸の裏面に浮かし地経糸
２でとじつけた一枚地部分ｂを適所に織成配置し
たものである。
「作用」 通常絵緯糸は緯糸数本毎に織込み組織するのが
普通であるが、上記構造の袋織部分ａに於ては絵
緯糸５は折返状に織込まれて二越並列状に配置さ
れて同並列状の絵緯糸と次なる並列状の絵緯糸間
が大となり、従つて搦糸１は表面に長く浮き出る
と共に強撚緯糸４の収縮により大なるよろけを現
出するに至る。しかも搦糸の基部は二越引揃えの
絵緯糸との組織によりよく固定され、従つて同よ
ろけは確実に保持される。のみならず一枚地部分
ｂは強撚緯糸の収縮により緊縮した地を形成し、
以て両部分ａ，ｂは相倚り相俟つて堅牢且つ変化
ある縦よろけ織物を形成現出せしめる。
「考案の効果」 故に美麗な縦よろけ織物を織現しえられ、帯地
等に好適な効果がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は組織図、第２図は見取図である。 １：搦糸、２：地経糸、３：地緯糸、：強撚糸、
５：絵緯糸、ａ：袋織部分、ｂ：一枚地部分。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 搦糸と地経糸を交互に配列整経しこれに地緯糸
    と強撚糸を交互に数回、次で絵緯糸を折返状に織
    込んで二越並列状となし且つこの順序で緯糸を織
    込み、而して搦糸と二越の絵緯糸を平組織した表
    布と地経緯糸を平組織し強撚糸と地経糸を綾組織
    した裏布よりなる袋織部分に於て、搦糸は強撚糸
    と平組織し地経糸は地緯糸と強撚糸と同口に組織
    すると共に絵緯糸は経糸の裏面に浮かし地経糸で
    とじつけた一枚地部分を適所に織成配置した織
    物。
