Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は、装飾用織物に係る。
「従来の技術」 従来公知の箔織物は重量が大で厚地であるため
取扱上不便な欠点がある。
「考案が解決しようとする問題点」 本考案はこれに対し軽量堅牢かつ美麗な箔織物
を構成しようとするものである。
「問題を解決するための手段」 本考案は、搦糸１の左右両側に地経糸２を配し
てなる一組の細経糸と太金糸経３を交互に配列し
て整経し、これに数本一組の細地緯糸４と太切箔
糸５を交互に織込み、而して一組の各経糸と一組
の地緯糸を平組織した部分ａ、及同一組の地経緯
糸を平組織すると共にその上面に搦糸１を浮かし
た部分ｂを交互した薄地布上に、金糸経を並列状
に浮かしさらにその金糸経上に箔糸を並列状に浮
かし且つ同箔糸を搦糸１でとじつけた光沢地部分
Ａ、及同部分Ａに於て箔糸を金糸経と平組織させ
た光沢地部分Ｂよりなるものである。
「作用」 本考案は上記の構造よりなるから、前記薄地布
は一組の経緯糸の平組織部分ａのためよく引締め
られて地崩れしない堅牢な地を形成しうると共
に、ｂ部分における表面に浮ける搦糸１の基部を
確実にとじつけて箔糸の接結を確実ならしめる。
而して光沢地部分Ａに於て並列せる太切箔糸５
は筬打の際並列せる金糸経上を摺動して互に密接
配置し以て細経緯糸を隠蔽すると共に同箔糸５は
搦糸１により不動状にとじつけられて平滑な光沢
面を形成現出し、光沢地部分Ｂは太切箔糸５と太
金糸経３の平組織により同金糸経が表出して光沢
の強い光沢面を現出する。
「考案の効果」 従つて、薄地布により裏打ちせられた軽量薄手
にして堅牢且つ変化ある美麗な光沢面を形成現出
した箔織物を織成し得た効果がある。

第１図は見取図、第２図は組織図である。 １……搦糸、２……地経糸、３……金糸経、４
……地緯糸、５……箔糸、ａ，ｂ……光沢地部
分。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 搦糸１の左右両側に地経糸２を配してなる一組
    の細経糸と太金糸経３を交互に配列して整経し、
    これに数本一組の細地緯糸４と太切箔糸５を交互
    に織込み、而して一組の各経糸と一組の地緯糸を
    平組織した部分ａ、及同一組の地経緯糸を平組織
    すると共にその上面に搦糸１を浮かした部分ｂを
    交互した薄地布上に、金糸経を並列状に浮かしさ
    らにその金糸経上に箔糸を並列状に浮かし且つ同
    箔糸を搦糸１でとじつけた光沢地部分Ａ、及同部
    分Ａに於て箔糸を金糸経と平組織させた光沢地部
    分Ｂよりなる織物。
