  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 自動飲料販売機に用いて単体毎にベンドステ
    ージ上に載置される、又は予め内容食品が挿填さ
    れかつ電子レンジで加熱調理される非発泡合成樹
    脂成形になるカツプであつて、 表面に曲面印刷が施される外装容体と、直接的
    に飲料液若しくは適材食品が挿填される内層容体
    の二層から成る非発泡合成樹脂成形によつて得ら
    れるいずれも適質な硬軟性を有したダブルカツプ
    であり、該外装容体の上端口縁に形成せられるカ
    ール周面先端と容体胴囲との間に極く僅かな空隙
    間を設けると共に、該外装容体内部へ前記内層容
    体を添挿せしめて口縁のカーリング加工を施す際
    に、該内層容体のカール周面先端が外装容体の前
    記空隙間を挿入拡開する状態に巻締め構成したこ
    とを特徴とするダブルカツプ。 ２ 内層容体の口縁カール周面が、外装容体に形
    成したカール周面下を覆い得る曲面で構成したこ
    とを特徴とするダブルカツプ。
