Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 磁性体から成り、トーシヨンバーを介して連結
された２つの軸に取り付けられた複数の円筒と、
磁性体から成り、前記円筒の外周側と筒状のケー
スとの間に配され、前記複数の円筒とそれぞれ電
磁結合する電磁結合検出コイルを巻回した２つの
筒体とを備え、前記筒体を、円筒の一端部に内フ
ランジを有する本体部と、この他端部に内嵌され
る蓋部とに分割形成したトルクセンサにおいて、 前記筒体の少なくとも前記他端部の外径を筒体
の他の部分の外径より小としたことを特徴とする
トルクセンサ。
