Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに直交する２軸方向に沿つて個別に移動可
能に設けられた試料ステージと、この試料ステー
ジを各方向に駆動する駆動部とを備え、かつ、前
記試料ステージ上には複数の試料ホルダを有する
試料保持台が配置された表面分析装置において、 前記試料ステージと試料保持台との間の少なく
とも３箇所には、この試料保持台を上下方向に変
位させる圧電素子等の変位素子と、前記試料保持
台の変位量を検出する変位センサとがそれぞれ設
けられる一方、 前記試料ステージの各試料の所望の分析位置ま
での移動量、ならびに各試料の分析位置における
分析面の水平保持状態での前記試料保持台の変位
量をそれぞれ読み取る読取部と、 この読取部で読み取られた前記移動量と変位量
の各データを互いに対応付けて記憶する記憶部と
、 この記憶部に格納されたデータに基づいて前記
駆動部と変位素子とをそれぞれ制御して試料ステ
ージの移動量と変位素子の変位量とをそれぞれ調
整する制御部と、 を備えることを特徴とする表面分析装置。
