閉弁の制御処理を示す流れ線図、第４図および第
５図は従来技術に係り、第４図はエンジンの排気
管装置を示す断面図、第５図はエンジンの回転数
と触媒の温度との関係を示す特性線図である。 ２１……断熱エンジン、２２……排気管、２３
……触媒、２４……主排気管、２５……バイパス

Claims (1)
- エンジンの排気ポートに接続され、該エンジン
の燃焼室からの排気ガスを排出する排気管と、該
排気管の途中に設けられ、排気ガスの清浄化を図
る触媒とからなり、前記排気管を、該触媒の温度
が低いときにすべての排気ガスをその放熱を抑え
て当該触媒まで流す主排気管と、該主排気管と並
列に設けられ、前記触媒の温度が高いときに当該
主排気管とともにまたは当該主排気管に代えて排
気ガスを流し、放熱を促進して触媒の温度上昇を
抑えるバイパス排気管とから構成してなるエンジ
ンの排気管装置。
