Claims (1)
- 複動シリンダ５のピストン１０にシールリング
２１をバイパスして上部区画１２ａと下部区画１
２ｂへ連通するように設けた流路に互いに対向し
て２組のチエツク弁１４，１５を配設し、同チエ
ツク弁１４，１５にはそれぞれ上部区画１２ａ、
下部区画１２ｂに突出する突起１４ａ，１５ａを
一体に設けピストン１０の作動工程の末端で前記
突起１４ａ又は１５ａを複動シリンダ５の内壁端
面１３ｂ又は内壁端面２６ｂで押圧して前記チエ
ツク弁１４又は１５の油密状態を開放するように
した事を特徴とする複動シリンダの緩衝装置。
