Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 単結晶シリコンの上面に複数のＶ溝を形成
し、それぞれのＶ溝内に複数の光フアイバと位置
合せ用の嵌合ピンを収容配列してなる対のプラグ
をハウジング内に対向して挿入し、光フアイバ相
互の端面を突合せ接続する多心光コネクタにおい
て、嵌合ピンのＶ溝内への固定は、シリコン基板
上に形成されたＶ溝の内面と当該Ｖ溝の上部に設
けられたバネ片とにより行なうように構成してな
る多心光コネクタ。 (2) 光フアイバ用Ｖ溝内には光フアイバが接着
固定されてなる請求項１記載の多心光コネクタ。 (3) 光フアイバ用Ｖ溝内への光フアイバの固定
が、押え板とこれにバネ付勢するバネ片により行
なわれてなる請求項１記載の多心光コネクタ。
