  1. 筐体に内蔵された光源と、前記筐体の側面下部
    および底面の少くとも一方に設けられた空気流入
    口と、前記筐体の側面に設けられた空気流出口と
    、前記光源の上部照明光軸上に配設された熱線吸
    収ガラス板と、このガラス板を保持するとともに
    前記筐体から熱的に遮断されていてしかもその一
    部が前記空気流出口の近くに配置されている放熱
    中仕切り板とを備えたことを特徴とする顕微鏡用
    照明架台。
