焼室、Ｂ……熱交換路、ａ……水管欠如箇所。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水管１１群を筒状に連接させて各管端を管
    寄せに取り付けた構成の筒状の熱交換ユニツト４
    を炉筒６内に収め、該熱交換ユニツト４の内空部
    を燃焼室Ａとした水管ボイラに於いて、 前記熱交換ユニツト４の一部に水管欠如箇所ａ
    を設けると共に、前記炉筒６の壁面にはこの水管
    欠如箇所ａに対向させてバーナ取付部となる焚口
    ９を設け、 前記熱交換ユニツト４の外周面と前記炉筒６の
    内壁面との間に燃焼ガスの熱交換路Ｂを形成させ
    、 該熱交換路Ｂには、複数箇所に障壁体１２を設
    けたことを特徴とする水管ボイラ。 (2) 前記各障壁体１２は、縦置きされた前記炉
    筒６の高さ寸法の１／２以下の長さの帯状板から
    成り、縦向きにされて、炉筒６の周方向に所定間
    隔を隔てて、且つ互いに段差を設けた状態で炉筒
    ６の内壁面に突設して、燃焼ガスの流通抵抗を増
    大したことを特徴とする請求項１項記載の水管ボ
    イラ。
