Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円弧板状をなす複数のセグメント磁石を、回転
    子軸の外周に固着された磁性材料製のヨークの外
    周面と放射状に突設される保持突起の側面とによ
    り形成されるスペース内に収容し、しかもセグメ
    ント磁石及びヨークの軸方向両外側面に、保持突
    起の外径に略等しいか若干小さい外径の非磁性材
    料製の円板を位置させ、円板の軸方向外側面と、
    これに連続した外周面及びセグメント磁石と保持
    突起との隙間に、熱硬化性樹脂の成形樹脂層を形
    成してなる永久磁石回転子において、 前記円板は、周溝を設けた端面が成形樹脂層の
    軸方向側面より突出する隆起部を、成形金型のゲ
    ート位置より内方に形成し、しかも周溝を基準に
    した外方側の端面が金型面により加圧変形され得
    るよう形成されてなる永久磁石回転子。
