There are stationary fountain devices that have a fountain piping section fixed to the foundation and a nozzle section fixed to this fountain piping section, but in such stationary fountain devices, the nozzle section is submerged in water as the water level rises, causing the fountain to flow. There was a problem that the appearance of the nozzle changed, or conversely, the nozzle part was exposed due to a drop in the water level, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Therefore, the above-mentioned stationary fountain device cannot be used in rivers and the like where the water level cannot be adjusted. For this reason, conventionally, for fountain devices installed in rivers, etc., the main body of the fountain device is suspended in water using a levitation float so that the main body of the fountain device is submerged in the water with the tip of the nozzle protruding above the water surface, and the main body of the fountain device is suspended in the water using a mooring device. A floating fountain device has been adopted in which the main body of the fountain device is moored in a fixed position in a horizontal plane so as to be able to follow fluctuations in water level, and the main body of the fountain device is maintained in a fixed position by an attitude control float.
(Utility Model Publication No. 56-95365).

However, with the above floating fountain device, the main body of the fountain device must be connected to the mooring device via a rod or chain, which makes it difficult to install the main body of the fountain device in a position extremely far from the mooring device. Therefore, there was a drawback that the installation location of the main body of the fountain device was limited. Furthermore, since the main body of the fountain device is suspended using a large-scale float, it is difficult to install it in shallow water. Furthermore, since it requires expensive equipment such as floats and mooring devices in addition to the fountain device itself, it is also expensive in terms of cost.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is possible to raise and lower the nozzle when the water level changes, and there are fewer restrictions on the installation location, and it can be installed in relatively shallow places. To provide a fountain device which can be installed at a relatively low cost.

This is done by controlling a hydraulic pump unit (not shown) based on changes in the water level detected by a water level detection device (not shown), etc., and when the water level rises, the amount of rise in the water level is Corresponding amounts of oil are pumped to the hydraulic pipes 19 and 21 in the same amount, and when the water level drops, the same amount of oil is pumped to the hydraulic pipes 20 and 22 in an amount corresponding to the amount of decrease in the water level. There is.

A fountain nozzle 23 is attached to the center of a connecting member 18 that connects the upper ends of the piston rods 16 and 17, and a flexible hose 24 is connected to this fountain nozzle 23. The other end of this flexible hose 24 is connected to a piping connection part 26a of a fountain piping 26 fixed to an angle 25 provided on the upper end surface of the foundation 2, and the water is fed under pressure by a pump (not shown). Water can be delivered to the fountain nozzle 23. Note that the pump for pumping water for the fountain may be a submersible pump or a pump installed on land.

In the fountain device configured as described above, when the water level at the installation location rises due to rain, etc., the hydraulic piping 20,
Oil is pumped into the lower chambers 13, 15 of the cylinders 4, 5 through 22, and conversely, when the water level decreases, oil is pumped into the upper chambers 12, 14 through hydraulic pipes 19, 21. When the oil is forced into the lower chambers 13, 15, the pistons 8, 9 are pushed up by this oil, and the piston rods 16, 17 are raised accordingly, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. As shown, the fountain nozzle 23 also rises.
On the other hand, when oil is pumped into the upper chambers 12, 14, the pistons 8, 9 are pushed down by the oil, and the piston rods 16, 17 descend, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. The fountain nozzle 23 also descends. Therefore, the upper chamber 1 is adjusted so that the amount of rise or fall in the water level matches the amount of rise or fall in the piston rods 16 and 17.
By controlling the amount of oil pumped to the lower chambers 2, 14 or the lower chambers 13, 15, the relative distance between the tip of the fountain nozzle 23 and the water surface can be kept constant at all times.

It should be noted that the present invention is of course not limited to the above embodiments, and for example, air may be used as the fluid instead of oil. Furthermore, the mounting frame does not have to be cylindrical like the outer cylinder shown in the embodiment, as long as the cylinder can be attached to it.
Further, the number of cylinders to be attached may be three or more. Furthermore, the configuration of the sealing mechanism provided at the sliding contact portion of the piston with the cylinder inner wall can also be changed as desired. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the pressure feeding of the fluid to the upper chambers 12, 14 or the lower chambers 13, 15 is controlled based on changes in the water level, but the present invention does not necessarily require such control. First, for example, the fluid may be pumped by human judgment to raise or lower the piston rod, that is, the fountain nozzle.

As is clear from the above description, according to the fountain device according to the present invention, the fountain nozzle can be raised or lowered by pumping fluid into the upper or lower chamber provided in the cylinder.
By moving the fountain nozzle up and down in response to changes in the water level, it is possible to maintain a stable fountain position at all times, which has an extremely useful effect in maintaining the aesthetic appearance. In addition, since the cylinder is attached to a mounting frame buried at the bottom of the water, what is placed underwater is the piston rod protruding from the cylinder.
There is only a fountain nozzle attached to the connecting member that connects each piston rod, and it can be installed even in shallow water locations. Furthermore, it does not require large-scale floats or mooring devices, so it has the advantage of being low cost.
