[Prior Art] There is a stationary fountain device in which a fountain piping section is fixed to a foundation and a nozzle section is fixed to this fountain piping section. There were problems such as the fountain being submerged and changing its appearance, or conversely, the nozzle being exposed due to the drop in water level, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Therefore, the above-mentioned stationary fountain device cannot be used in rivers and the like where the water level cannot be adjusted. For this reason, conventionally, for fountain devices installed in rivers, etc., the main body of the fountain device is suspended in water using a levitation float so that the main body of the fountain device is submerged in the water with the tip of the nozzle protruding above the water surface, and the main body of the fountain device is suspended in the water using a mooring device. A floating fountain device has been adopted in which the main body of the fountain device is moored in a fixed position in a horizontal plane so as to be able to follow fluctuations in water level, and the main body of the fountain device is maintained in a fixed position by an attitude control float.

However, with the above floating fountain device, the main body of the fountain device must be connected to the mooring device via a rod or chain, which makes it difficult to install the main body of the fountain device in a position extremely far from the mooring device. Therefore, there was a drawback that the installation location of the main body of the fountain device was limited. Furthermore, since the main body of the fountain device is suspended using a large-scale float, it is difficult to install it in shallow water. Furthermore, since it requires expensive equipment such as floats and mooring devices in addition to the fountain device itself, it is also expensive in terms of cost.

The present invention was developed in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is possible to raise and lower the nozzle when the water level changes, and there are fewer restrictions on the installation location, and it can be installed in relatively shallow water locations. To provide a fountain device that can be installed at a relatively low cost.

An electric motor 6 as a rotational drive source is supported at the lower part of the outer cylinder 1 with a rotating shaft 6a facing upward in the vertical direction. A threaded shaft 8 having a female thread on its outer periphery is connected to the rotating shaft 6a via a shaft joint 7. An elevating rod 9 is screwed onto this screw shaft 8. The lifting rod 9 has a cylindrical shape with a closed upper end, and a nut 9a wrapped and fixed at the lower end is screwed onto the threaded shaft 8.
The upper end side of this lifting rod 9 penetrates the partition wall 4 and projects into the guide tube 2. Further, a sealing mechanism 10 using an O-ring is provided in the through hole of the partition wall 4 into which the lifting rod 9 is fitted. Furthermore, the lifting rod 9

In the fountain device configured as described above, when the water level at the installation location rises due to rain, etc., the electric motor 6 is driven to rotate the screw shaft 8 to the right, and the rotation is stopped by the engagement of the anti-rotation member 11 and the rib 1a. Lifting rod 9
is raised as shown by the dashed line in FIG. When the water level drops, the electric motor 6 is driven so that the rotating shaft 6a rotates in the opposite direction to that when the water level rises, and the screw shaft 8 is rotated to the left to move the elevator rod 9 to the first position.
Lower it as shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure. By raising and lowering the lifting rod 9 in this manner, the position of the tip of the nozzle 16 changes. The direction and amount of rotation of the rotating shaft 6a of the electric motor 6 are controlled so that the positional relationship between the tip of the nozzle 16 and the water surface is always constant based on changes in the water level detected by a water level detection device, for example. .

It should be noted that the present invention is of course not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and for example, a hydraulic motor or an air motor may be used in addition to an electric motor including a geared motor as the rotational drive source. Furthermore, the design of the sealing mechanism provided at the elevating rod penetrating portion of the partition wall 4 can be changed as desired. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the electric motor, that is, the rotational drive source is controlled based on the change in water level detected by the water level detection device. In this case, the rotary drive source may be controlled based on the elevation of the downstream weir, or the rotary drive source may be driven by human judgment in order to change the fountain attitude.

As is clear from the above description, according to the fountain device according to the present invention, by driving an electric motor to rotate its rotating shaft in the forward or reverse direction, the fountain nozzle can be moved up and down in response to changes in the water level, for example. It becomes possible to maintain a stable posture of the fountain, which has an extremely useful effect in maintaining the aesthetic appearance. In addition, since the electric motor and screw shaft are housed in an outer cylinder buried at the bottom of the water, only the nozzle mounting tube protruding from the upper end of the guide tube and the nozzle fixed to the tip of the nozzle mounting tube are placed underwater. Therefore, it can be installed even in shallow water locations. Furthermore, it has the advantage of being low cost since it does not require large-scale floats or mooring devices.
