- 透明な基板に、略伏椀形状を呈し、天部にレン
ズ面を設けた透明な弾性膜を取り付け、前記基板
と弾性膜により囲まれる内部空間に圧力流体を供
給して前記弾性膜を変形させる倍率可変レンズ。
