Here, the rock wool inputted from the crusher 22 is passed into the agglomerate removal device 23 where relatively large particles with a diameter of about 1 mm or more are removed by an upward air flow from the air supply duct 26, and then from the wool chute 25 to the fine particle separation device. 27, where fine particles are removed and the finished product is produced.

The air supply system to the air supply duct 26 is such that the air is supplied from the particulate separator 27 to the air supply duct via the blower 24, and further from the particulate removal device 23 and the wool chute 25 to the particulate separator 27. It forms an air circulation system that leads to Then, by introducing the wool into the upward airflow from the air duct 26, the removed agglomerates fall along the lower surface of the air duct 26, and the agglomerates provided at the bottom of the air duct 26 are removed. The material is discharged from the system through the material chute 28. On the other hand, the wool is fed to the particulate separator 27 by the circulating air current. The reason why the separation airflow is circulated within the system in this way is to take into consideration the advantage that a dust collector is not required by shielding the system from the outside.

By the way, in the agglomerate removal device 23 described above, the wool gets caught up in the agglomerate chute 28 side and falls due to the eddies and turbulence within the device, which reduces the yield of the product and also causes the wool to become agglomerated. There was a problem that objects adhered to the chute 28 and blocked the chute 28.

The technical means of the present invention to solve the above problems is to provide a rock wool input port from the crusher in the upper part, and a gas inlet connected to the granule chute and air supply duct in the lower part, and a wool chute connected to the rock wool chute. In the agglomerate removal device, which is equipped with a wool outlet and which removes agglomerates from rock wool by supplying gas from an air supply duct, bars having a cross-sectional shape with at least a curved surface on the lower part are arranged in parallel. The present invention is characterized in that a screen is provided extending from the upper part of the gas inlet to the lower end of the wool outlet.

The structure is as described above, and the rock wool fed from the crusher to the agglomerate removal device is floated on the screen by the gas flow sent from the air duct, and the agglomerates are removed. The agglomerates fall between the screens and are taken out of the system through the agglomerate chute, while the rock wool moves to the wool outlet side by the gas flow and is delivered to the wool chute.

In this case, the gas flow being fed is rectified by the screen, so that no swirls or turbulence occur, so that the wool is not caught on the agglomerate chute side, and the lower part of the screen is smooth. Since it has a curved surface, rock wool debris contained in the circulating gas does not adhere to it. Therefore, there is no clogging and the rock wool moves smoothly on the screen.

FIG. 1 is a schematic side sectional view of one embodiment of a granule removal device (hereinafter simply referred to as a removal device), and the upper part of the removal device 1 is provided with rock wool crushed by a coarse crusher. An opening 2 is provided, and the lower part is branched into an inverted V shape and provided with a gas inlet 3 and a wool outlet 4. An air duct 5 and a blower 6 are connected diagonally downward to the gas inlet 3, and the air duct 5 has an agglomerate chute for discharging agglomerates falling along the lower surface of the air duct 5. 7 is provided. Note that 6a is a damper for adjusting air volume. Similarly, a wool chute 8 is connected diagonally downward to the wool outlet 4, and its tip is connected to a particulate separator (not shown). 9 is a screen, and the screen bar 1 has a curved bottom surface as shown in Fig. 2.
0 are arranged in parallel and fixed by crossbeams 11. 3A and 3B are drawings showing various cross-sectional aspects of the screen bar 10. FIG. 3A is a screen bar 10a that has a rectangular cross section by cutting off the lower corner of the bar to create a curved surface, and FIG. 3B is a rectangular screen bar 10a. The screen bar 10b in cross section has a curved lower corner, and the screen bar 10c in FIG. 3C has its entire lower part shaped into a semicircle. The lower surfaces of these screen bars 10 are finished smooth,
If necessary, it can be painted or plated to make it even smoother. In this embodiment, a screen bar with a curved bottom surface is used.
This may also be a round bar.

FIG. 4 shows a removal device 1a of another embodiment, in which a granule hopper 7a is provided directly below the removal device 1a, and an air supply duct 5a is provided on the side wall of the hopper 7a.
At the same time, a wool chute 8a is attached to the side of the removal device 1a facing the air supply duct 5a. A screen 9a is installed between the removing device 1a and the agglomerate hopper 7a so as to be inclined toward the wool chute 8a. With this configuration, it becomes easier to remove and collect the agglomerates.

With the above structure, the rock wool crushed by the crusher and put into the removal devices 1, 1a is floated on the screens 9, 9a by the gas flow sent from the air ducts 5, 5a. Meanwhile, the agglomerates are removed, and the removed agglomerates fall from between the screens 9 and 9a and are taken out of the system from the agglomerate chute 7 or the agglomerate hopper 7a. On the other hand, the rock wool is sent to the wool chute 8, 8a by the gas flow.

In this case, the gas flow supplied from the air supply ducts 5, 5a is rectified by the screens 9, 9a,
Therefore, since the rock wool is blown out uniformly without generating swirl or turbulence, the rock wool does not get caught up in the agglomerate chute 7, etc., or stay in the removal devices 1, 1a. Also, since at least the bottom surface of the screen bar 10 is a smooth curved surface,
The rock wool waste contained in the circulating gas does not get caught or create yarn balls, but smoothly moves over the screens 9, 9a and is delivered to the wool chute 8, 8a.

As explained above, the present invention provides a screen with at least a curved lower surface and a smooth finish at the gas inlet between the agglomerate removal device and the agglomerate chute, and removes agglomerates from this screen. Since the gas flow is rectified and blown out uniformly from the screen, the rock wool does not accumulate or get caught in the agglomerate chute, which can block the chute. The problem is eliminated, the rock wool moves smoothly on the screen and is sent to the wool chute, and a stable agglomerate separation effect can be maintained, and the yield is improved.
