Claims (1)
- 直線状の発光部を有するランプと、このランプ
からの放射光をシート状の光に変換する光学系と
、この光学系の出力側にはシート状の光によつて
粒子検出領域が形成されてなり、粒子がこの粒子
検出領域を通過した時発生する散乱光を検出する
手段を具備したことを特徴とする粒子検出装置。
