Claims (1)
- 先端に噴出穴を有する有底状の外側パイプと、
該外側パイプと略同心状に配置され、かつ該外側
パイプ底部にその内部が外部と連通するように取
り付けられたガイド筒体と、該ガイド筒体の内側
に移動可能に挿入され、かつ先端が前記内側パイ
プのノズル穴に接近して配置される内側パイプと
、該内側パイプを外側パイプに固定するための手
段と、前記外側パイプと内側パイプとの隙間を通
してノズル穴よりガスを噴出するためのガス供給
手段とを備え、前記ノズル穴からの噴出ガスによ
り内側パイプからの試料を霧状にしてプラズマ中
に噴霧させることを特徴とする高周波誘導結合プ
ラズマイオン源用ネブライザ。
