Claims (1)
- 導波管内に設置されたマイクロ波終端用抵抗体
の反射損失特性を測定する治具において、前記導
波管内に向けて出入可能に設けられ、その挿入量
に応じて導波管内の電場分布を調整する調整棒と
、前記調整棒の導波管内への挿入量を測定するマ
イクロメータヘツドと、前記マイクロメータヘツ
ドのスピンドルに前記調整棒を連動させる伝動機
構とを有することを特徴とするマイクロ波終端用
抵抗体の反射損失測定治具。
