である。 Conventionally, in the stator of a rotating electrical machine, a stator core is laminated on a stator frame and firmly tightened with end plates to form a magnetic circuit, and then insulation is inserted into grooves provided on the inner peripheral surface of the stator core. It was made by incorporating a stator winding. However, in recent years, rotating electric machines have become lighter and lighter.
There is a strong demand for miniaturization, and a number of technological improvements have been made to meet these demands, but the progress in insulation technology has been particularly remarkable. Epoxy-based insulating varnishes, which are electrically and thermally superior, are a typical example, and each company has developed their own proprietary varnishes, and they are now in widespread use.
However, a drawback of epoxy varnish is that the finished product as a winding is very hard and inflexible, making it difficult to assemble the winding into the core groove. To compensate for this drawback, an insulating tape mainly made of mica is applied to the conductor, and the flexible winding before injecting epoxy varnish is assembled into the core groove, and after assembly, the core is placed in a varnish bath. The so-called integral injection insulation method, in which epoxy varnish is injected into both parts, has come into widespread use. When this integral injection insulation method is used, the injected epoxy varnish is thermosetting, so it is difficult to harden at room temperature and has fluidity. For this reason, the epoxy varnish is cured by placing it in a constant temperature bath and applying heat, but it is necessary to rotate the stator slowly so that the epoxy varnish adheres evenly. This is important in order to obtain good insulation performance.

The rotating electric machine is composed of a rotor 1 and a stator 2, and the rotor 1 is formed from a rotating shaft 3 and field magnetic poles 4 provided on the rotating shaft 3. The rotor 1 includes bearings 5 and 6 (load side bearing 5, anti-load side bearing 6) provided on the rotating shaft 3,
6, that is, the bearing stands 7 and 8 (load side bearing stand 7, anti-load side bearing stand 8), and the load is carried by the bearing stands provided at the bottom of the bearing stands 7 and 8. The information is transmitted to the floor plate 9. A stator 2 disposed with a predetermined gap from the rotor 1 is formed of a stator core 10 and a stator winding 11 mounted within the stator core 10. The iron core 10 is formed into a cylindrical shape by laminating thin steel plates, and is tightened with iron core frames 12 provided at both ends thereof. This core frame 12 is held by a support member, that is, a stator frame 13, and the torque received by the stator 2 is transmitted to a stator floor plate 14 provided at the lower part of the stator frame 13.
Note that the stator frame 13 is provided with an exhaust box 15 that forms an exhaust path for cooling air. Note that in these figures, 16 is an end cover.

It is formed into a cylinder. After the curing of the epoxy varnish is completed, the inner diameter of the stator frame 13 is made into a cylindrical hole that matches the outer diameter φ of the core frame 12, and the core frame 12 and the stator frame 13 are engaged and fixed. . However, such a structure has the disadvantage that the stator frame 13 has a large outer dimension because the core frame 12 is engaged with the inner diameter of the stator frame 13. If the stator frame 13 is large, that is, the stator 2 is large, the rotating electric machine becomes large, which is economically disadvantageous.

る。 The present invention will be explained below based on the illustrated embodiments. An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 3-8. Note that parts that are the same as those in the conventional model are given the same reference numerals, and therefore their explanations will be omitted. In this embodiment, the support member 17 is formed of integrated pedestals 18 (load side) and 19 (counter-load side) on which the bearings 5 and 6 and the core frame 24 are collectively supported. In other words, as shown in FIG. 8, the integral pedestal 19 on the anti-load side has a foot plate (bottom plate) 20, a bearing surface 21, a bearing surface 22, and a bolt hole 23.
The bearing 6 and the core frame 24 are formed so as to be collectively supported (the same applies to the load side pedestal 18). The receiving surface 21 receives the iron core frame 24, the bearing surface 22 receives the bearing 6, and the bolt holes 23
is fixed to the core frame 24 by tightening bolts, and the foot plate 20 is used to transmit the load of the rotor 1 and the torque received by the stator 2a. The pedestals 19 and 18 formed in this way are attached to the load side and the anti-load side, respectively, as shown in FIG. 7, and their attached state is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In other words, when attaching to the core frame 24, the protrusion 25 provided on the core frame 24 is attached to the cradle 18,1.
Place it on the receiving surface 21 of 9 and tighten and fix it with the bolt 26. By doing this, the stator 2a is firmly supported by the integrated pedestals 18 and 19, and the stator 2a is
The torque a is now transmitted from the core frame 24 to the pedestals 18, 19, and the stator frame can function satisfactorily without providing a stator frame as in the conventional case. This eliminates the need for a stator frame, making it possible to downsize the rotating electric machine. In addition, since the bearings 5 and 6 and the core frame were supported by separate support members in the conventional support member, the fixed A total of four child bottom plates and bearing bottom plates were required, but in this embodiment, only two bottom plates, that is, foot plates 20 are required, and the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced. In addition, in FIGS. 3 and 4, 27 indicates the iron core frame 24.
28 is an end cover.

That is, the stator 2a, which is made up of the stator core 10, stator winding 11, and core frame 24, is connected to the roller 2.
9, the roller 29 is rotated as shown by the M arrow in the figure, and the stator 2a is rotated as shown by the N arrow in the figure. Note that the core frame 24 is provided with an outer cover 30 that forms an exhaust passage on the outer periphery, and this outer cover 30 can be attached to the core frame 2 as necessary.
4. Tighten the bolts to the outer circumferential surface and install it after the integral injection work is completed.

能な回転電機を得ることができる。 As described above, in the present invention, the support member is formed of an integrated pedestal on which the bearing and the core frame are collectively supported. It becomes possible to eliminate the need for a frame and a floor plate, or to reduce the number of required frames, and it is possible to obtain a rotating electrical machine that can be easily downsized.
