本発明は単板よりの転写シート剥離方法に関す
るものであつて、回転駆動される駆動ロールと、
この駆動ロールの上方に上下動自在に且つ回転自
在に配設された巻取りロールとの間に、転写シー
トが貼付けられた転写シート付単板を上記両ロー
ル間で挟圧された状態で通して、転写シートを巻
取りロールに巻取ることに特徴を有するものであ

従来より人工銘木を製造するにあたつては次の
ようにして行われている。第1図に示すようにま
ず、薄くスライスされた単板5の表面に接着剤を
塗布した後、下面にインクが印刷6された転写シ
ート3を単板5の表面に貼合せてプレスし、次い
で転写シート3を剥離して単板5の表面に印刷6
模様を転写する。次に、この単板を多数枚接着剤
を介して積層し、再びプレスすることによりフリ
ツチを成形する。その後、フリツチを再び薄くス
ライスすることにより杉や松等の木目が現われた

ト3を単板5から剥離するにあたつては、従来は
第2図に示すように単板5の両端より2名の作業
者が転写シート3を引剥がしているものである
が、このようにする転写シート3の均一剥離がで
きず転写シート3が剥離の途中で破損し易いとい
う問題があり、この転写シート3が残つた単板5
でフリツチを製造すると接着不良を生じるという
問題があつた。また作業者が2名以上必要とし、
しかも剥離された後の転写シート3の片付け等に

以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。第3図に
示すように、駆動ロール1は装置本体7内に水平
に配設してあり、駆動モータ8とベルト9で連結
されて回転駆動してある。駆動ロール1の上方に
は軸芯10に紙管11を被せて形成した巻取りロ
ール2か装置本体7の側板に切欠された開口部3
5内を上下動自在でかつ回転自在に配設してあ
る。巻取りロール2の両端部上方にはそれぞれ巻
取りロール押付用シリンダー12,12が配設し
てあり、巻取りロール2の回転数と同調して巻取
りロール2を下方へ押圧しながら上動するように
してあつて巻取りロール2を駆動ロール1の外周
面に常に一定圧力にて押圧できるようにしてあ
る。また、この巻取りロール押付用シリンダー1
2は空気圧等で弾性的に下方へ押圧できるように
しても良い。図中13は駆動モータ1の駆動用ス
イツチであり、14は巻取りロール押付用シリン

ト3を巻取りロール2の紙管11に貼付けるもの
である。巻取りロール2は下方へ押圧してあり転
写シート付単板4を駆動ロール1との間で挾圧し
た状態で通すと共に巻取りロール2がこの送られ
てくる転写シート付単板4の上面に圧接して転動
し、転写シート3を巻取るものである。前後の転
写シート付単板4,4は第5図に示すようにその
上面にテープ14を貼付けて連結してあり、先の
転写シート付単板4の転写シート3が巻取られる
と後の転写シート付単板4の転写シート3が前の
転写シート3に続いて巻取られることになり、連
続して転写シート3の剥離を行うことができるも
のである。転写シート3の巻取りが終了した後に
は、第6図に示すように巻取りロール2を装置本
体7より取外して紙管11から軸芯10を抜き取
ることができ、剥離された転写シート3の処理及

ができて転写シートが破損したりあるいは未剥離
の転写シートが単板上に残つたりすることがない
ものであり、このインクが転写された単板で支障
なくフリツチ加工を行うことができるものであ
る。またこの装置によつて自動的にしかも連続し
て転写シートの剥離を行うことができ、省人化を
