定フード19とを有し、またトラフ17の下部と
固定エアチヤンバー18の上端の間、および移動
枠13上端と固定フード19下端の間にはそれぞ
れ両側に気密用の水封装置20がトラフ移動方向
に沿つて設けられており、トラフ17の下部と固
定エアチヤンバー18上端の間に設けられた下部
水封装置20Aは固定エアチヤンバー18の上端
に設けられた水箱21Aと、トラフ17下部に垂
下されて前記水箱21A内にその先端を水没させ
トラフ移動方向に相対移動自在に嵌合するシール
板22Aとで構成され、また移動枠13上端と固
定フード19の下端に設けられた上部水封装置2

られている。 考案が解決しようとする問題点 上記構成によれば前記カバー材23にもかかわ
らず、冷却空気中や被冷却材14から飛散した粉
塵やダストが水箱21内に侵入し水箱21の底部
に沈澱して固化するため、定期的若しくはダスト
の堆積量に応じて冷却機11の運転を停止させ、
水箱22内を洗浄して堆積したダストを除去しな
ければならなかつた。 本考案は上記問題点を解決するもので、水封装
置のメンテナンスを容易にする冷却機水封装置を
提供することを目的とする。 問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は上記問題点を解決するために、下方か
ら冷却空気を供給する固定エアーチヤンバーと、
該固定エアーチヤンバー上方で被冷却材を積載し
て移動するトラフの間、およびトラフ移動方向に
沿う両側に配置された移動枠と冷却空気回収用の
固定フードとの間にそれぞれ設けられた気密用の
冷却機水封装置において、シール板がその先端を
水没してトラフ移動方向に沿つて相対移動自在に
嵌合する水箱の底部に複数の漏斗を設け、該漏斗
の下端部に排水管を接続した構成としたものであ
る。 作 用 上記構成により、水箱用の水を連続又は適宜給
排水を行うだけで、水箱内に侵入して沈澱堆積し
たダストを固化する前に漏斗下端より排水に伴つ
て確実に排出除去できる。 実施例 本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
第1図は本考案の一実施例を示す側面図、第2図
は第1図の−矢視図、第3図及び第4図はそ
の概略説明図である。尚、この実施例において従
来例と同一部分は同一符号で示し、その説明は省
略する。第1図〜第4図において、31は固定側
エアチヤンバー18の両上端に沿つて設けられた
下部水封装置30の水箱で、該水箱31の下端部
には所定間隔置きに漏斗34が複数個設けられ、
それぞれの漏斗34の下端には排水管35が設け
られる。36は適当間隔置きに設けられた給水管
で、水箱31の上部に開口して給水する。前記排
水管35および給水管36には電動排水弁37お
よび電動給水弁38が介装される。水箱30内へ
水を給排水する操作は各排水弁35および給水弁
36を適宜開閉して行い、ダストの侵入量の多い
排熱回収装置にともなう熱風循環部は給排水弁3

い。また第3図に示すように水箱31内の水位を
検出するレベル計39を設け、その検出信号によ
り連続的に排水弁37および給水弁38を開閉す
れば自動化が可能となり、省力化が計れる。ま

イマー40により間欠的に行うことも可能であ

する。排水弁37および給水弁38を開にして水
