Claims (1)
- 水平な駆動軸１に固定した定量用ローター２と
、定量用ローター２の外周面を僅かな隙間を隔て
て覆い上下に開口９，１４を有する円筒状ケース
６と、定量用ローター２の両端部を僅かな隙間を
隔てて覆う環状サイドケース７とをセラミツクス
で形成し、円筒状ケース６を金属製ケーシング３
の中央の円筒状内面８内に嵌合し環状サイドケー
ス７を金属製ケーシング３の前記円筒状内面８の
両側の大径内面１７内に嵌合すると共に、環状サ
イドケース７に円筒状ケース６の内面と端面に密
接に嵌合する筒状部７ａと外向きフランジ部７ｂ
を一体に設けて外向きフランジ部７ｂを金属製ケ
ーシング内面の段部１６に背後の金属製サイドカ
バー６で押圧固定し、金属製ケーシング入口の下
孔１２に嵌合した回り止め用挿入管１０の下端部
を円筒状ケース６の入口開口９に嵌合したことを
特徴とするセラミツクロータリーバルブ。
