Conventionally, when conducting a withstand voltage test of a gas insulated cubicle at a factory or on-site, it was necessary to disconnect the lightning arrester from the main system, but such disconnection could result in a fairly complex structure. A possible solution would be to seal one end of the arrester to the cubicle wall and install it, open the arrester from the outside of the cubicle wall, take out the internal elements, disconnect the arrester from the main system, and then perform a withstand voltage test. be. However, when the internal elements are removed from the lightning arrester in this way, the elements that make up the internal elements absorb moisture, which deteriorates the element characteristics. Drying treatment is difficult, and there is a risk that the protection performance and long-term reliability of the lightning arrester will be significantly reduced. Further, when the internal elements are housed in the lightning arrester container, the inside of the lightning arrester container and the internal elements must be insulated filled with an insulating gas inside the cubicle. Furthermore, when the internal elements are pulled out as described above, there are other problems that must be solved, such as the need to prevent the insulating gas inside the cubicle from leaking to the outside.

According to the present invention, in order to achieve this purpose,
a first container having an opening on one side opened to the outside of the cubicle wall and the other side disposed inside the cubicle side; a second container containing a characteristic element inserted and arranged inside the first container; a ground terminal portion that seals and closes the opening of the container; a movable electrode that is slidably inserted into the interior end of the cubicle of the first container on the side opposite to the opening of the first container; a disconnection section formed by the electrode and a fixed electrode arranged opposite to the electrode and fixed to the main body system,
A space between the movable electrode and the first container is such that the disconnection section closes when the second container is inserted into the first container and opens when the second container is pulled out from inside the first container. By constructing the structure with a compression spring, it is possible to conduct a withstand voltage test of the main body system from the opening side of the first container without exposing the characteristic elements stored inside the pulled out second container to the atmosphere. It is characterized by being easy to perform. Preferably, the first and second containers are formed by insulating tubes and the characteristic element is formed by a non-linear resistor element.

Next, the effects of the present invention will be explained. When performing a withstand voltage test on a gas insulated cubicle in a factory or on-site, the lightning arrester 12 must be disconnected from the main system. To do this, first, remove the spacer fitting 42 and the grounding terminal part 18 from the flange 13a of the flange part 13, and then pull out the internal element part 16 from the opening 14 of the lightning arrester container 15. When the internal element part 16 is pulled out from the lightning arrester container 15, the contact fitting 2 of the spring seat 26
The columnar part 31a of the valve body 31 comes out from the contactor 28a of No.8. When the columnar portion 31a is removed from the contact fitting 28, the valve portion 30 is closed. That is, the compression spring 33
The spring receiver 35 of the valve body 31 is pressed by this force.
When the spring receiver 35 is pressed, the packing 35a of the spring receiver 35 is pressed by the projection 36a of the valve seat 36, and the valve portion 30 is sealed. Initially, the valve portion 30 is open, so the insulating gas 11a inside the lightning arrester container 15 is in communication with the inside of the internal element container 17, but as the valve portion 30 is sealed as described above, the inner element container The insulating gas 11a can be drawn out to the outside of the cubicle wall 11 while being sealed inside the insulating gas 11a.

In this way, the insulating gas 11 is inside the internal element part 16.
Since the characteristic element 16a of the internal element portion 16 is not exposed to the atmosphere, the characteristic element 16a is not subject to changes such as deterioration of device characteristics due to moisture absorption or the like.

As will be described later, after the withstand voltage test of the main body system inside the cubicle, the internal element part 16 is inserted through the opening 14 of the lightning arrester container 15, and the flange 13b and the spacing fitting 42 are fixed, thereby changing the characteristics of the lightning arrester 12. It can be easily restored without any changes. Although the gas inside the lightning arrester container 15 is restored after restoration in this way, for example, the insulating gas 11a is released from the gas sealing port provided in the flange portion 13.
It can be replaced with and encapsulated.

Next, the operation of the disconnecting section 21 will be explained. When the internal element portion 16 is pulled out from the opening 14 of the lightning arrester container 15 as described above, the movable electrode 22 of the disconnection portion 21
and the fixed electrode 23 are separated. That is, the spring seat 26 is moved to the right in the figure by the compression spring 27. Along with this movement, the rod 22a moves to the right in the figure while being sealed by the sliding packing 19a, the movable contact 35 comes out of the contact 23a of the fixed electrode 23, and the disconnection section 21 opens.

As described above, with the inside of the lightning arrester container 15 empty, if, for example, an electrode for withstanding voltage test (not shown) is inserted from the opening 14 side and a voltage is applied to the spring seat 26, the disconnecting section 21 opens. It is possible to perform withstand voltage tests under various conditions. Further, the spring seat 26 is pressed against the compression spring 27 by the electrode for withstanding voltage test to close the disconnection section 21. That is, the movable electrode 22
The movable contact 25 of the fixed electrode 23 is connected to the contact 23a of the fixed electrode 23.
By supplying the power to the main body system inside the cubicle, the withstand voltage test of the main body system inside the cubicle can be easily performed.
In this way, the withstand voltage test can be performed while the insulating gas 11a inside the cubicle is sealed.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the internal element part storing the characteristic elements in the internal element container housed inside the lightning arrester container can be freely pulled out or inserted from the opening side, and in this way, the internal element part drawer,
Alternatively, by providing a disconnection section that opens or closes as it is inserted, it is possible to easily conduct a withstand voltage test on the main body system without leaking the insulating gas inside the cubicle after pulling out the internal element from the opening side. Lightning arresters can be provided.

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a lightning arrester provided to protect a main body system housed inside a cubicle filled with insulating gas, one side opening opens to the outside of the cubicle wall and the other side opens to the outside of the cubicle wall. a first container disposed inside the cubicle wall; and a second container accommodating a characteristic element inserted and disposed inside the first container.
a container, a ground terminal portion for sealing and closing the opening of the first container, and an end portion of the inside of the cubicle of the first container that is airtightly slid onto a side of the first container opposite to the opening. A disconnection section formed by a movable electrode that is movably inserted therein, a fixed electrode that is disposed opposite to the movable electrode so as to be able to move toward and away from it and is fixed to the main body system; When the container is inserted, the disconnection section closes,
A lightning arrester comprising a compression spring disposed between the movable electrode and the first container so that the disconnection section opens when the second container is pulled out from inside the first container. (2) The lightning arrester according to claim 1, wherein the first and second containers are each formed from an insulating member cylinder, and the characteristic element is a nonlinear resistor element.
