４０の直下に選択的に誘導し得るようになし、該
電極圧下機構４０には前記電極ダイセツト１０の
第１電極１６を圧下する第１圧下シリンダー４１
と、前記第２電極１８を圧下する第２圧下シリン
ダー４４とを具備せしめたことを特徴とする電気
